hmmm, me going to the states? that’s a really long distance LOL
I do my best to eat healthy, I just started and love it, because I’ve lost 16 kg and really want to stay healthy (and thinner) now. But maybe a little tip : if you go to Hu’s again, maybe you can speak to the boss and ask him if he doesn’t want to expand to Europe LOL who knows, maybe I want to quit my job to start in a Hu’s over here ;-pppp

Awww, sounds like you need to make a trip to the states! That is definitely a bummer though – buy as much fresh produce as you can, and make food at home! There are still ways to eat healthy even when it’s hard to find… but it’s definitely a challenge! Keep it up girl 🙂 xo

Hu is obviously on my list of restaurants to visit when I finally make it to NYC (among so many others), I just know I would love it. Like you, I eat mostly plant based, but not strictly, so I love that the restaurant is focused on fresh, real whole food in general while providing both veggie options and quality omni options!
