My guess is that yes this cleanse will still be fine for you while breast feeding (I know of lots of awesome raw vegan moms who breast feed!) but I would recommend talking to your doctor first because I don’t want to give you misinformation since I am not completely positive!! I have been counting down the days actually. I already eat a vegan diet (primarily plant based) but have never done a cleanse.. they all seem so extreme and lack appeal.
