Hi Katrin! It is so yummy. I don’t usually use that much tofu either, but it sure turned out delicious. We must have just missed each other in Florence! I lived there between August-December 2011. Such an AMAZING city I miss it every day. Where in the city did you live?! Were you raw vegan when you lived there? I was vegetarian, and that was hard enough! Xo
