Wow I would love to try that bread! Is it available everywhere or is it a local brand? I agree - gluten-free is the best way to go, but sometimes sprouted can be good to switch things up on the digestive system. Glad we are both getting over our bread fears :)

Wow!! That is so awesome to hear. I definitely understand how it can be to have tummy issues with little to no understanding from family/friends (they try! But it's hard for them to fully get it) and it's so nice to connect with others who have experienced similar issues. We can totally combat our stomach problems by listening to our bodies and being in tune with what they are telling us. You are the only one who can fully know which types of foods work with your body and which types do not. Keep on listening to your body and feeding it with food that nourishes it and makes it feel amazing!! So happy to have you reading, my darling. Lots of love to you!

I love your blog I read it everyday and follow you on instagram. I can really relate to the tummy problems because, although i'm not a vegan, i have serious tummy situations. I always have to watch what makes my stomach hurt, eggs, coffee, and yogurt, that's so far what i've figured out, and try and work around it. When I first told my parents that I thought eggs were killing my stomach that just laughed and told me that's nonsense. We are israeli so food allergies or allergies or sensitiveness for that matter aren't huge in my culture. Your stomach hurts only when you eat too much junk food, that's what my family thinks. But i've stuck by my beliefs and since i've stopped consuming eggs i have literally had little to no issues. It's all about listening to your body. Thanks again for the awesome post.

Right?! A piece of toast with some coconut oil is ridiculously delicious. So glad to hear that I'm not alone in my food fears... it can be tough when there is so much info out there and you want to be as clean and healthy as possible. Thanks for the support! Have a great weekend, love. Xoxox

Once you've purchased it once, you don't need to purchase again! And so glad you have been loving the recipes. Which are some of your favs? I will keep you posted about when my next edition of the cleanse comes out - probably won't be until summertime, but that will be the new one to purchase when it's available!

Hi Juliana! Ah, YES, it's so addicting. I am supposed to have a rest day today before my long run tomorrow, but I am so addicted I am about to go for a mini-run this afternoon! And so funny that we are opposite yogis/runners on the workout path. I think it's so important to incorporate both - they serve such different purposes, and they are both so incredibly good for our bodies. And to open up your tight hips, try pigeon pose, frog pose, and "supta baddha konasana" -- look them up online or email me and I can give you an in depth description. They will work wonders on your hips! Enjoy the ab workout ;) annndd I felt completely fine after the toast, which is a huge score!! So happy. Thanks for the love, so glad to have you reading!

Thank you so much Jordan, and also for having these cleanses for us. Do we purchase new cleanse each month, or use the other one? It was awesome! I've been using the recipes! ;)

So happy to hear you've caught the running bug! Addicting, isn't it? You and I have opposite workout paths: I'm a runner who has been dabbling in yoga for a bit and you're a yogi who has just gotten into running. Do you know any poses that can help open up my tight hips? Let me know if you have any questions or anything regarding your running experience. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

PS- Totally AWESOME ab workout today. I'm incorporating it into my own routine tomorrow :).

PPS- How is your stomach feeling after having some toast this morning?

So happy to hear it, my love!!! You want more #sweatygymselfies, then you've got more #sweatygymselfies. I'll get on that right now ;) hehe. And so true. No one is perfect at all, and we are certainly all in the same boat. Health is such an ebb and flow, and to look at it any other way is not just realistic. Sending you lots of love!
