Looks amazing! 80/10/10 takes time - I don't see how anybody does it overnight. As long as it is vegan I think listening to your body is the best way to go. Sounds like your body was craving a dense calorie source which means you probably didn't have enough fruit (so they say).

I love making peanut butter frozen banana "milk shakes" from time to time too. Something about peanut butter and bananas is so so so good.

I crave dense cooked food sometimes, especially after a busy and stressfull day. I think my body is asking for something grounding so that is what I give it. Potatoes or rice are my go to.

Yummm I would be very into those fermented soybeans-- is it anything like tempeh?! Because I am a total tempeh freak.

And yes I totally remember you! Hoping to do another Cuppow giveaway on the blog ASAP... stay tuned :)

And OMG that's exciting!! You will definitely enjoy the Cali sunshine... I will be jealous. Yes, start stocking up on the smoothie and oat recipes!!! And I will keep adding to them. Team effort!

Yes, PB cups + oats are seriously amaze. I can't stop thinking/dreaming about them.

Yes!! You will absolutely love going through the certification process. It's so incredible to learn as much as you can about the practice, your body and yourself on a spiritual level, and you might be shocked that by the end of it you actually enjoy teaching-- that was my experience! I am dying to further my training... trying to see if I can squeeze it into my schedule (and my budget) sometime in late summer or fall. Xo!

I could NOT agree more... who can turn down a meal with "peanut butter cup" in the title?! I think they would be cray cray. And I think it's perfect that your boyfriend's last name is Reece... now we know why you adore him so much ;)

Yes!! Cannot wait to post about the life update! And the t-shirt launch!! Eeek all very exciting. Thanks so much for the support.

And now I have a massive peanut butter craving! I know I'm totally biased, but Japanese natto--or fermented soybeans--is definitely a source of protein I'd recommend if you can get past the texture. Less oil but tons of power.

Also, I don't know if you remember me, but this is the unpaid legal fellow who desperately wanted the cuppow! I ended up making my own blog. Thanks for emboldening me to do it!

ALSO, I'm moving back to CA for a few months in May to study for the bar exam. I will hae nearly zero access to an Asian grocery store from where I'll be on the Central Coast. I'm depending on your smoothie and oat recipes to power me through!
