					<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think I could last a whole month without dessert :? I&#039;d probably feel overly deprived  and eat more sweets than I usually would. But I think I&#039;ll try it out on certain days and work my way up. Hopefully doing it gradually will help me make it a habit and not go crazy on desserts after the month is up!

And I could not agree more when it comes to regular cardio and sleeping enough. 					<description><![CDATA[I have a HUGE sweet tooth, but it seems to be under control now that I started leading a healthier lifestyle, and then went vegan! Before though, Christmas parties and other events with tables of sweet treats were like heaven for me, and I definitely overindulged in the stuff... to the max. Now, I&#039;m refined sugar free, except for the bit in the pieces of dark chocolate I have for a treat, and when I do go out and decide to have dessert, a little goes a long way, and I find the flavors overwhelming. Also, the taste doesn&#039;t really have the depth to it compared to my home-made healthier desserts.  Not sure if you&#039;ve tried this, but I find my cravings for the sweet stuff are under control best when I include a complete protein in my meals (especially breakfast) regular cardio and of course enough sleep helps too! I think I will use this challenge to be more mindful of my sugar intake, and choose lower glycemic fruits and treats. Also, this reminded me of this article I read a little while ago, good luck with your challenge!
