The class was GREAT! Since it was just the first day, we only did a 5-minute meditation; but we also did EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping and learned about different essential oils. Looking forward to next week’s class already.

And talk to the management at Corepower SF about the shirts, give them my email and tell them I would LOVE to get the tees in there! Hi Kace! Thanks so much 🙂 yes, I’m lucky because my job as a blogger offers me many opportunities to travel for work and to have my expenses covered. But when I am traveling for fun, I just make sure to work extra hard the months leading up to it and save my money for special occasions and vacations. I always know I would rather spend my money on a fun trip than anything else, so I just prioritize it! Getting your priorities straight and knowing what really means the most to you is very helpful. 🙂 hope this helps, xoxo !!

Oh my goodness, 8 different countries in one year?! My dream!!! In 2011 I spent the fall traveling to about 13 different countries and it was absolutely a dream come true. I want to do it again and again. SO cool that you’re in Australia now!! I hope it has been nothing but glorious so far. 🙂

Hayley, yes!! I think traveling and exploring new areas are some of the best things we can do for ourselves in recovery. To show ourselves that there are so many new experiences out there and we don’t have to get caught up dwelling so much on food/worrying/etc. And yes on the reactions!! Great goal to work on.
