This has probably got to be one of my favourite posts, as so much of it rings close to home!

The whole part about how nothing will get done if you don’t “hustle” is so so true. I mean, I could just stop writing my blog right now and it would be the end of it. No boss to answer to, no contract. It’s a crazy thing, blogging, and so much of it requires discipline that I’m still trying to figure out as it goes.

I’m so sorry that people said you should die, no one should have to hear that, no matter how much you share on the internet or not. At least you’re a strong woman and you’ve faced it all with an amazing braveness. You go girl!

My love!! I loved this post and such a cute pic ;)! I think that you hit it on the head with this one and that just because someone is a blogger doesn’t mean that their life is a free for all. So many bloggers are waaaaaaaaay busier than someone with a 9-5 job. Just because it’s 5 pm or 6 pm or 7 pm doesn’t mean the day is over, especially since your lifestyle is your job. Great post! I always love reading the blog. 🙂

Well look at that – great minds think alike. This is my life, you and I have a very similar life and let me just be the one to say that our lives are freaking amazing – oh wait, you totally say that in this post, ha ha ha! But seriously. The traditional 9-5 job is something I never aspired to have and only until I moved to Los Angeles did I realize that I did not actually even NEED TO HAVE ONE in order to make a living for myself! Starting my brand/blog 3/4 years ago was the BEST THING I could have ever done. I have made a name for myself, I have made a brand for myself, I have made my personality known. Things have grown exponentially over the years too but that’s because I put in a lot of hard work and effort. I don’t lolly-gag around like so many people think when they think “oh you’re a blogger”… No people, it takes a lot of hard work, dedication and creativity to come up with posts every day or week! But the skeptics of the world only motivate me to keep on going! I have to say, I don’t think I have haters… Maybe people hate my voice or my energy, but that comes with the territory and as long as you’re happy with who you are and what you’re doing – that’s ALL THAT MATTERS!! I couldn’t be happier that my “office” is my apartment. I couldn’t be happier that my “headquarters” in my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier that my personality is all I need order to create a business/brand for myself! SERIOUSLY!!! And yeah, I could keep on going, but I am going to stop because who knows if this even makes sense, lol… I am just elated with my life and my lifestyle and it makes me talk gibberish, LMFAO!

PS: WHEN are we collabing on a YouTube video lady… This is a MUST because # 1 – we are in the same city, # 2 – you’re not on YouTube, # 3 – we love to EAT! LOL!!! & # 4 – who doesn’t want to watch two blonds have a food fight? 😉 Text Me hottie hot hot!

Great post, lady! And I can definitely agree with a lot of your points. Blogging is one of those things that can be so hard to disconnect from because even when you’re not actually writing, you’re constantly living and breathing new ideas or looking for inspiration. I swear that I could probably devote every waking minute to blogging and coaching if I didn’t force myself to step away from it, but at the same time it doesn’t even feel like work the majority of the time.
