					<description><![CDATA[Going to yoga definitely makes me de-clutter my mind, as I&#039;m usually so focused on the breathe, the sequence, and the poses that my mind has little time for anything else! When I try to meditate solo I do find it super hard to stay still and not think for more than 5 minutes, so I&#039;ve got an app that guides me through meditation. It&#039;s pretty awesome!

My mantra I actually borrowed from my yoga instructor - May all the beings in the world be happy and free, and may my thoughts, words, and actions contribute to the happiness and freedom for all!

I LOVE THAT MANTRA. I am so excited to start doing it more.  And, GREAT MANTRA.  I love that it helped you overcome your eating disorder.  I have a friend who had gestational diabetes, and she used a &#039;every three hours, be good,&#039; type mantra.  &#039;Eat right for 3 hours.&#039;  And then it would start over. For some reason it makes me more stressed (I&#039;ve been known to get home from runs in tears because of it) I always just feel tired and sweaty and gross by the end and I hate feeling that way, it makes me tense and emotional and just ruins my positive mental state. Thank god for meditation and mantra&#039;s though, they keep me so chilled and positive.]]></description>

Normally I knit and crochet complicated patterns but nothing beats a simple dishcloth square in a new colorway when stress levels are high. Another activity that gives me a mental detox is to sit and watch tree leaves. Some busy days I do that each time I get into the car and each time I park the car so I don&#039;t accumulate stress from the busy day I just stare at nature to quiet myself down.]]></description>
