I’ve never heard of something like that – that’s revolutionary 😀 I’d love to try that one day.
And it’s so true, everyone has to find what workout is the best for their bodies and goals. I’ve been doing the same workout concept for years and one day I thought I should switch it up, becuase they say you should do that every now and then. I switched to other workouts….and loved them too, but didn’t see results like before. So I switched back, and boom, the results are back 🙂 it was a really good learning experience for me! My body knows best in the end.
