This whole summer I’ve been feeling incredibly overwhelmed trying to balance work, being healthy and eating clean, and my social life. I’m too hard on myself and it had started to put a serious strain on how I function day to day. I recently found this blog through your article on Refinery29 and it has inspired me to live a more balanced life – and so far the biggest part of that balance is accepting that somedays aren’t balanced!
