This interview was really good to read, it’s inspiring to hear others perspectives and know that there are people that think similarly to you.

This quote really stuck with me:

“Push yourself to be the best version of you, who you are at your core. It’s great to draw inspiration from others and use their success as drive but I also feel like there is a fine line that can easily be crossed once motivation turns to comparison. At that point it’s toxic. It’s easy to think we need to achieve a bunch of things and brag about it to be happy or find success or discover what we came here to do. ”

I think today, this is really important to note as there are so many mediums to draw inspiration but have it as a negative form of comparison.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
