I was so ridiculously stressed out last night, because I have such an overwhelming amount of school work that I must do. But I usually do, and I don&#039;t always feel like this. I was all jittery and on-edge and yelling at people, and then I read this blog post. WOAH. Who knew that the moon could affect me like this? Thanks so much for such an awesome post- I&#039;m calming down majorly now that I know that its all the moons fault, haha.

All those things is great examples of healing. I usually leave my phone at home or I ask my mum to hide it from me so I can&#039;t be stressed over message etc. Then I puzzles (it&#039;s a very relaxing thing to do) or just take a long walk (it can be for 3 hours) just in the woods or in some new areas where I can enjoy the air, earth and just relax and forget about your problems. maybe you can take a long walk on the beach? I hope you get better soon lovelies xx]]></description>

Love what you said about not being able to change what is happening, but we can change our reactions! I use that tool so much and it&#039;s helped me a ton. 

I totally get it about the new kitty mama stresses. Two and a half years later and I still can be a crazy kitty mom every now and then. They are our babies and we love them!

					<description><![CDATA[YES! I totally feel this and love this post. I have been feeling very overwhelmed the past weeks and with Mercury in retrograde PLUS the SUPERMOON PLUS Lunar Eclipse. Whew! I am getting ready to move (again), selling my car, and (still) searching for a job... so... lol 

I love your list and completely agree. I like Chloe&#039;s additions too. 

Here are some additional things that help me: 

- LONG walks/hikes 
- Meditation / cleanse my stones and meditation paraphernalia 
- Lay in the sun (if it&#039;s it cooler, if the is out just bundle up and lay a blanket down!) 
- Get out in nature (Especially ocean and/or mountains!) 
- Go somewhere new, it can be scary because it does sometimes seem to backfire but there is always learning... so something like a museum, a new cafe, a new park, a new health food store etc... 
- Watch some guilty pleasures! I don&#039;t watch a lot of TV so sometimes it&#039;s fun to just chill and watch Grey&#039;s  or something! 
- ooooor watch something nostalgic like Sleepless in Seattle ;) 
- Do my nails and/or hair... pamper session! With favorite music of course. 
-  Dance it out, seriously, sometimes you just need to dance.

Nims, you are soooo not alone. I get super stressed and anxious when I am not feeling well and I have a  big trip or even just a weekend getaway ahead of me. The best thing to do is CHILLLLL out, because your body will respond so much better to those relaxed vibes-- you will sleep better, heal faster and allow yourself to take a break (physically and mentally).
