Even my question didn’t make it through as a comment. That’s a shame.. No conversation possible, only compliments? I don’t get it. I thought you should know off all people that it’s not all about perfection and only positive comments. It’s also about embrasing the rest of life and being vulnarable.

I’m trying to disconnect from technology more in my life too. It’s so easy to get sucked in. My favorite things are to put on some calming music, put the phone away and use an adult coloring book I just got myself. I also love getting outside and turning my phone off. My boyfriend and I recently went on a hike where I talked him into turning his phone off the whole time as well. It was so nice to connect beyond the screens.

Then at the end of last year I made a list of all the things that would make me happy and approaching the end of 2015 I have checked off most of the things on that list!
