It can be so hard to pull back and do less, and it&#039;s even harder not to feel guilty about it when you&#039;re used to doing at least 150% all the time. I feel a little crazy for having to make a conscious effort to train myself to have &quot;me time&quot; and really prioritize things in my life, but it&#039;s so important. I&#039;ve literally been writing &quot;Do something for yourself every day&quot; on post-its and sticking them everywhere, and it&#039;s really been helping me out!]]></description>

I&#039;ve also never been a resolution person, but since there are a lot of exciting things coming up this year that are also immensely overwhelming, I made it a point to start doing exactly what you&#039;re doing - par down my life, stop overcommitting (&#060;--- NOTORIOUS for this) and do what makes sense for me, my health, my business and my happiness (because I&#039;m actually learning to also incorporate that in my decisions - a very new step for me!)

I&#039;m absolutely going to pick up those books you mentioned, and am so happy you&#039;re writing about this. I just found your site and it seems so perfectly timed! Can&#039;t wait to hear how it goes for you as the months progress :)
