Do you go for full fat or fat free? I never know what is better, if I do dairy I tend to just go for full fat. Chobani is good, but I also really like Siggi's (Siggy's? I can't remember how to spell it!). It has fat but it also has a lot of protein :)

Plain Greek yogurt is always a go-to. I make sure that the cows aren't fed any hormones or antibiotics either to keep things as clean as possible--I've been trying to find a good grass-fed yogurt brand as well!

So great to know this exists! I usually go for plain greek yogurt because I always felt like flavored ones had so much fake sugar in them. I love that this comes with mix ins! That smoothie sounds delicious--I've been trying to eat lower on the glycemic scale as well and I'm looking for new breakfast options!

i had to take a look in my fridge right after reading this article. i myself LOVE chobani's non fat greek yogurt in a tub (i go through a lot of it in a week). The only ingredients in that is cultured and pasteurized non fat milk and live and active cultures. I then took a look at my fiancé's yogurt (he gets the yoplait single servings) and sugar is the second or third ingredient on it, its nuts!
