Hello my dear — everyone is entitled to their opinion. 🙂 I have had great health benefits from drinking out of a copper water bottle, and my doctors/nutritionists are on 100% board with it. This is not a good idea. Copper as a drinking container is useful only primarily for microbiological contamination in developing areas where cholera, etc. are prevalent in the drinking water and can lead to severe illness. A quick search on reputable databases such as PubMed dispels a of lot of the claims you’re making here. Shame on you.

Hi Jordan, stupid question but where do you take your knowledge about ayurveda from? I have been looking around my area to follow the course but it does not seem to be possible at the moment and the majority of books I’ve seen at the bookstore, are not particularly appealing… do you have any book in mind to recommend to start my ayurvedic journey? thanks a lot!
