Simply because you work with a team of people with certifications does not mean that they are up to date on the latest medical studies & clinical trials. And what I stated was not my own “opinion;” it is a scientific fact that the bones of any species harbors lead & other toxins. Naturally, that would end up in bone broth, even if the bones came from grass fed, organic, free range, etc. animals. Just because my comment is contrary to what you said in your blog post does not make it invalid. I stand by my original statement.

Kimmie, I have done plenty of research and I work closely with a team of doctors and nutritionists before I write anything health-related on my blog, but thank you for raising your concern!!
