YogaWorks is my favorite!! The Brentwood, Main St, Montana and Westwood studios all have my favorite instructors… I also like CorePower and Playlist!

I actually never understood my friends that wore underwear while training…why? The fabric in a good pair of workout pants/shorts/skirts does the trick! 😉 Congrats on your training!
