You did the treatment! You should defiantly do the full treatment one day! I did the full treatment and used the Virachanam method and holy shit (literally lol) unbelievable. i have cured some of my problems through this! When I was studying I learnt how to do all of these treatments and I can not wait to get my hands on people and help them! I am defiantly going to check out Surya because I love going over to LA so I must work it into my schedule! I hope you see this comment as I really would love to touch base!

I did go to an amazing wellness spa called Kamalaya in thailand, it wasn’t ayurveda but all the treatments I had there were amazing – as was the food!! I love these places completely geared towards wellness, they always leave me feeling like a new person!! X

I’ve considered panchakarma before, but it is expensive and the week long treatment isn’t all bells and whistles. You’re body goes thru some pretty nasty stuff to get rid of all the toxins/imbalances. Glad to hear your experience was a little more pleasant than what I’ve heard. One day I’ll try it!!
