The amount of times I’ve hear the “exposure” one drives me crazy. Luckily I’ve never had any brands be rude back, and if they find the price high they’ll just say that they don’t have the budget for it right now, in which case I see how we can work together in a different way they envisioned.

Feeling undervalued is just not acceptable, and when a brand sends me emails with those red flags I don’t even bother responding sometimes. Glad to know I’m not the only one! xx

AHHHH yes that is all so ridiculous. You’re so right, I think a lot of times there is simply a huge misunderstanding about how much work we put into blogging about brands. Which is why I have made it my mission to explain it to every brand that I work with so that they TOTALLY get it… even if it’s the first time they are technically hearing about it. Crazy, Crazy!! XO

Sometimes it’s okay to do them if it feels RIGHT in your heart of course. Let your heart + spirit be the judge. If you start to feel walked all over… it’s probably true. Product and exposure are definitely nice in the beginning!! It’s all about finding our own groove with it!! Love you babe.
