What an inspiring post! I'm so excited to hear more about your reiki training, as well as your boundary-setting. I think the full day of no phones, e-mails, technology, etc. sounds absolutely amazing! Personally, I try to set a few boundaries as well. For example, I don't feel like I have to respond to texts right away because it stresses me out when I get pulled into a conversation I wasn't planning on having. I love conversing with people in real life but through text it just feels kinda impersonal to me and I prefer to just do short back-and-forth rather than long conversations :) Another boundary is that Sunday evenings have become a "family night" tradition for my family and I. Once family night begins, the rest of the day is for relaxing only, no work! It's such a beautiful way to end the weekend :) Hope you have an awesome time with all of the exciting things happening in your life and all of the wonderful boundaries you are setting for yourself!
