I just joined the matcha train too girl! I am a Coffee LOVER. But, I'm giving it a go for one week. So far I LOVE matcha! I've been adding in MCT oil too and yessssoooo good. I'm excited to try the Vital Proteins matcha collagen! I use their regular collagen peptides, and to get both of those in one is awesome. KEEP IT UP! love following you - you inspired me to set intentions this year, and I just wrote them last night going off of your post :) thanks for all you do - Nicole - Her Brave Taste, Austin, Tx

I have allergies but break the rules to eat cuz “faccck it, girls gotta livveeee!”. Your stupid trendy mindset makes people with real allergies look bad. Sorry I can’t take a break from lactose or peanut allergy because “retrogrades” make my “mood out of wack”. You don’t have a gluten allergy. Science has proven that unless you have Celiac Disease, you don’t have ANY health issues from gluten. You probably eat a lot of gluten, msg, eggs, and other “scary” buzzword allergy foods without knowing it.

Not only that, matcha isn’t a cure all. It’s a nice coffee replacement if you don’t mind 1/4 to 1/2 the caff. Oh, and leave out that coconut milk/water/oil/butter, because it’s an IBS/gallbladder/diarrhea trigger! That’s not horoscope/homeopathy, that’s science.

I was once dumb like you, but then I learned the difference between allergies and trends.
