I’ve been taught that you should take probiotics when you re taking antibiotics and I knew they’re good for us ad our digestive system but I didn’t know it’s THIS good to actually make them a part of our every day life. I think I’m going to have a further look into it after your post and maybe I’ll try to find my own brand that’s going to serve me well (I’m from Poland so I don’t think I could find these in here). Thank you so much for a very informative post!
