I would like to share with you, what I do with my health - I am not very much into doctors; you probably cannot be without very much, but I have studied some things about general health, which might help you.

For more or less 25 years I have practiced some form of Body Awareness Meditation; my meditation techniques are my own - I have studied what Buddha said about meditations, I have read many different books and one experience I remember was to read a collection of articles from the web, each from a different Buddhist Martial Arts practicioner, which generally believed that body health is half of martial arts, and it&#039;s essential to recover from physical aggression. The second half is about making the body strong, fast, etc. - different balanced qualities.

My meditations, they are about sensing the body in order to make it stronger.

Preparation of the meditation: practice Zen to create empty mind; study the focus of empty mind - you can somehow sense with the quality of mind, which appears, and call this meditative attention. Once you have developed the meditative attention, you can also use it to focus; original source, somehow, is still the emptiness of mind, by which you can understand the attention. Empty mind itself does not have focus, instead it has holistic awareness, awareness on the whole, which is an opposite of awareness or awareness of something specific. As you probably know (who does not know Zen), the Awareness or rather Attention is something really profound: first, it makes us to feel an object of attention; second, it triggers all the creativity, will etc. on this object. If there are possible miracles, they would probably happen. For me it aligns with christianity, where having attention for other people would create the same magic in social life.

In meditation process, Buddha had list of things to meditate on - such as feelings, body and mind. This list often has body somewhere in the middle of near an end, almost unnoticeable, so you have to notice buddha had this as an object for meditation :)

Now, as you have the meditative attention, you can focus on your body. Body has biological, material and mental elements. Material body is material object to keep it&#039;s physical form, and it follows the normal physical laws - in these senses, you are simply physics, and you avoid the same things on your body which you avoid for your favourite things, such as balance of fire, cold, or other physical forces. This is interesting mentality and the object of this mind you can explain solely with physics, such as you can cut your body with knife, but you break another object with knife as well. Biological body has to do with biological chemistry, and this is more different from substances in nature, having more complex reaction. Mental element of body is that it really thinks, and it can solve problems for you, including having very high level of organic mathematics - in some moments, I have seen my body as powerful organic computer solving something very precise, it shows this with proudness. Focus your attention on organic parts, such as your head, hands etc., and smaller parts. Each time you do this, you achieve something lasting - on meditative attention, first you pay attention, but then, after, you will have awareness, attention on this thing and similar things without paying it specifically. So it&#039;s more like one-time purchase. In year or two you get quite nice sensation of your specific body parts, and you can control some with will.

Now, it&#039;s kind of dangerous to control your body with will. Enforced, tense, strong operation can break body parts - this is basically how I broke my teeth (I am very stubborn about my broken teeth, I really need this adventure, but still I&#039;m not going to suggest these things for you - for me it&#039;s really interesting to heal this thing, such as not having the pain spread through the body, I&#039;m in general starting to love any health problem I have, because I can heal big things in life through raising to the vibration, where I already have the problem, and healing it; also I want to teach my body to heal more on it&#039;s own and be creative like me, it only sometimes makes a surprise, but I have some routine work and I don&#039;t understand, why my body is still not doing it completely on it&#039;s own - it said it was not a very healthy thing to learn and now it&#039;s better). Once you cave tension for one part of your body, such as trying to raise your blood pressure and flow can create huge tension in places, where it&#039;s more blocked - tensions spread, and tension in one part can solve, but then it&#039;s in other parts. Body is an interconnected system. You need to take care of tensions, which appear in other places. Generally, healthy feels good and unhealthy feels bad - people have really magical understanding, generally, about whether something is healthy or not. But when you make one part more healthy, others might suffer - there are kinds of social problems in this, distributing your attention. You need to go in circles, and after helping each part of your body, take care also of the bad karma, which appears in other parts.

Once you have strong focus of specific parts of your body, and some whole-body-sense, in organic terms, you need to concentrate on larger wholes - systems. Body is not a three-dimensional physical object, but there are many dimensions and layers of feelings you can see; you do not concentrate on some part of it, but on some aspect of some part, such as one chemical and how it spreads - those patterns and feelings form complex, surrealistic dimensions. Getting into complex dimensions is work you might want to do, as you turn your body from instinctual animal into a conscious human and society, where the culture matters. Lately, I&#039;m getting stronger in having strong, energetic sense of my whole body.

It&#039;s a thing to understand that theoretically, your body is partially empty - like lungs, mouth, etc. - but those empty parts can be sensed by being filled with something, you do not definitely feel this emptiness. In terms of your mind solving your body there are many signals about these parts. You also have body outside your body - you can see how a signal would leave your leg, do a long circle in the air, possibly through infinity, and reach back into your brain. This adds to complexity of multidimension, several layers of bodies of information. I had some kind of mental problem for a while that it seemed impossible to have empty parts of body involved as full of operation and meaning, so I did not feel them for a while - but what you see physically is not the dimension you see mentally, from the mental picture it&#039;s hard to understand exactly, what the physical proportions are, rather you can find it really large inside - for example, more and more layers full of information as you approach your skin from your finger. So you have to account it&#039;s rather a mental dimension, dimension of information. How much you can heal your body is infinite.

In the end the purpose is whole-body awareness, which helps you to turn your creative attention into healing. My normal problem is pain in my back and in legs, or something in lungs, and when it gets serious I can get very fast healing on concentrating on tensions in these areas. I had a back pain lately, and it is a very good experience. I meditated on lower chakras and got them into extreme pain, because they saw something in infinity. Infinitely lasting pain is extreme thing and in beginning, it did give me 3 opportunities of different ever-lasting problems it could be and this was a fatal feeling, it&#039;s not my biggest pain, but it was my biggest danger of pain; but I meditated on these infinities and I think it was a vibrational raise, not a sickness - when vibration raises, you see your old condition as a physical health problem, but it would still be full health in lower realm where you come from. It was also first time, where my problems and pains became conscious, and I started to feel deeper meaning in them - deeper meanings are healthy in general, once a human feels them, they become more satisfied and hopeful, because even the very worthfulness and life instinct of us is connected to this; when I&#039;m giving up about living, I would feel rather a very big reason in society as a life instinct, where my own faith seems to be weaker. So when the pain starts to feel it&#039;s meaning, it&#039;s an interesting adventure to go deeper into this meaning and heal it. Going further in material, I am raising concsiousness of material world. 					<description><![CDATA[I live in Southern California.  It’s the place where doctors do not understand Lyme Disease.  I had Lyme Disease for 21 years and lived with exacerbations and remissions.  It was a nightmare come true.  I gave up on California, had a major fight with my insurance company, and traveled to see a Virginia infectious disease physician who specialized in tick-borne illnesses.  He diagnosed me with “Late Lyme Disease” and I was treated with IV Rocephin for 30 days.  That horrible treatment cured my Lyme Disease.  It is a bacterial infection and nothing more.  No mysticism associated with it.  Nothing spiritual about it.  I am completely cured.  It should not be treated as a manageable illness.   Save your money and see a physician who is qualified to treat this terrible disease and get on with your life.  Good luck!]]></description>
