You have really inspired me to move towards a more SOS diet. I definitely try to eat intuitively (plant-based). One thing I totally hate is seeing all the extra crap in things like mylk and protein powders and stuff like that so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for your guidance! XO]]></description>
