THANK YOU, Kelly! This is so helpful. Yes, the OCD part of my journey has been interesting and it is something I would love to talk more about. That is what I was originally in therapy for at the age of 5! Lately it is more anxiety/panic that I am dealing with along with some PTSD and trauma reprocessing. But your comment does make me wonder if working with an OCD specialist would be what I need right now… it definitely sounds like it could be extremely helpful in my path. and I am SO happy that it saved your whole life and worked so well for you, that makes me incredibly happy and gives me tons of hope. so grateful for you <3
