I had to set a boundary/take a break from my childhood best friend because as a people pleaser, I realized my entire life there were SO many instances I didn’t speak up when something bothered me, and it has led to resentment. It feels like a breakup that I did not handle well. So really looking forward to that discussion!
My only tip for procrastination is think about how relieved you will feel when you cross that next chapter off your list of to-dos and don’t have it hanging over your head anymore as motivation to get it done. I am a procrastinator but also hate when my to-do list piles up!
