I cannot even tell you guys how much you mean to me. After doing this full-time for the last ten years, it’s like you are each a part of my soul & my inner circle. & even if you are BRAND new here & this is the first post you are reading, I feel that way!!! Get on board because we are all about to have a lot of fun together.

With the relaunched, revamped site we now have a STARSEED QUIZ on the homepage! After talking about the fifth dimension for many years on my podcast and awakening to my own multidimensional nature, it was only fitting that we created a space for you to explore deeper & find out which star system your soul may have originated from. This was one of the main inspirations for creating the new site in general… and the rest of the design inspo (celestial 4ever) stemmed from there!

First thing’s first when it comes to star seeds. Do we think we are aliens? Are we weeeiiirdd and super out there? No. We are totally regular humans who have accepted that “normal” life just isn’t the vibe for us. We have always felt a little different and have always pondered deeper questions about the universe like… why are we here? Where do we go after this life, and where were we before this? Are our souls eternal, or is this one life all there is to it? Those of us who are spiritual seekers, and who are not satisfied with the status quo. We are all star seeds, and all of our souls originated from somewhere!

And from there, there are varying levels of starseed-ness. For example, Pleiadians (like myself) REALLLY don’t feel like we are from here. We are highly sensitive and can struggle with our physical health. The world as it is wasn’t really built for us. But when we wake up to who we really are, we can harness our ultimate superpower. That knowing within that we do come from all over, and that we can tap into the energy of our eternal soul that never dies and create everything we desire out of this life here on earth is what connects us & gives us away. Then there are other starseed types like Orion, Arcturian and Andromedan that are a little more factual!! They’re a little more hybrid, let’s say. Very good at the human stuff, maybe didn’t feel SO other growing up, but they still know there are deep roots to realms beyond.

& then there are Crystal children, Rainbow children & Indigo children who are truly from everywhere. & our Venusians who are from the planet of LOVE, and our Mintakans who are so powerful yet tend to feel really lost in earlier years of life because their planet no longer exists. Not to mention our Lemurian & Atlantean mermaid humans, connected to the water, the mountains, Mt. Shasta & realms beyond. AND our Lyran feline goddesses, tuned into divine feminine ancient wisdom of the ages. And there are so many others, as well. Here you will read about all of them!

My intention behind sharing this info:

I talked about it in this podcast episode about my psychic awakening, but when I first discovered my starseed nature and tried to Google “Pleiadians,” what I found was LESS than savory. There was almost no info about Pleiadians on the internet, and what was was super outdated and didn’t sound very exciting. Dare I say it all sounded a bit weird… even to ME!! And very few things are too out there for me.

My goal with talking about star seeds here on the blog and podcast is to modernize & normalize being a deeply spiritual, cosmic, multidimensional being. Being multidimensional is our superpower. Tuning into this is how we can reconnect to worlds beyond and manifest from our deepest desires. It’s how we can heal ourselves, our lineages, and rise to our soul’s mission in this lifetime. In my opinion, we are NOT here at random… and if we do not live out our social’s mission in this life, then we will keep coming back with the same intention to do so. Why not live that mission now, and continue to ascend?! That doesn’t mean we won’t come back here again (most of us absolutely will), but we can continue to rise onto the next ascended path that life calls us to, and the next-next-next.

 All Star Seed Types & Descriptions:

PLEIADIAN

Pleiadians are OLD souls, some of the oldest that there are. They come from the Pleiades, a star cluster in the Taurus constellation otherwise known as the Seven Sisters. Pleiadians are one of the most well-known starseed types because of the amount of people who resonate with this system. Books like Bringers of the Dawn & Family of Light are dedicated to Pleiadian teachings that radiate fifth dimensional love and vibrate the peace and harmony that the “P’s” came to this planet to bring! 

The color that correlates with the Pleiadians is blue. Maybe you feel connected to it in one way or another?! As a Pleiadian, you are highly knowledgeable about metaphysical concepts and have advanced healing abilities. That’s right… you are a healer! It’s likely that you often experience people-pleasing, perfectionism, and perhaps anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues when you’re not living in alignment with your truest nature. Pleiadians are highly sensitive, very gentle in nature, and exhibit a strong feminine, nurturing energy.

If you have ever felt like you are “not from here,” you are not alone… you are simply celestial, Pleiadian, and a radiant healing being of light. Pleiaidans are also messengers from another realm. We came here with a big purpose. In essence, time does not exist and is not linear the way that we think it is – so my belief is that Pleiadians came from the future to help the planet now.

Look around and consider how much healing our world needs, how much hate and divison there still is, and consider your Pleiadian mission to be a mission of healing. You can do this in your family, your close circle of friends, or on the world stage. This is what you incarnated here for. It is a big mission, so don’t forget to remind yourself that you deserve to give that love right back to yourself, too. 

Make sure you show yourself plenty of love and self care. As a Pleiadian, you are a highly sensitive individual (HSP, baby) –– therefore it’s key that you prioritize filling up your cup first, so you can show up as your most radiant self to others! SIRIAN

You are a true beacon of light and hope on this earth, and you came here carrying a vibration of harmony, adventures, and a mystical mission for the ages. Does this sound like you?! 

Sirian Starseeds come from the planets Sirius A and Sirius B, stars that are often revered as the most important & divine star in the sky when it comes to humanity’s evolution. As a Sirian Starseed, you act as the peacekeeper and guardian for our world –– Sirian’s are beautiful souls whose aim is to watch over our evolution as human’s and guide us during times of turbulence. You help bring harmony, love, and peace to this earth! Think of yourself like a wise grandmother or grandfather figure. 

Sirians are highly loyal as friends, very open minded, and thrive when leading a simple but deeply spiritual life. You might find that you feel drawn to lost civilizations, myths, and legends. You can get lost in books about mystical realms, like Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings. You are also highly gifted at creating worlds like these – so you may find yourself in a creative profession such as a writer, teacher, artist, or visual storyteller. Sirians often feel calm, are intense daydreamers, and can be very attracted to the ocean/water if from Sirius B.

On Earth, it’s important to prioritize learning how to express emotions in relationships rather than trying to keep the peace. By communicating your needs in a loving manner, it helps heal YOU and those around you. Seek balance in bodies of water and by staying hydrated – Sirians are very sensitive, and the water element is very healing to the nature of your soul. 

Also, it’s important to note that the Sirian star system has an advanced technology that has made their starseed souls immortal (!) and sophisticated in a way that humans on earth cannot quite understand. So Sirians are here as a beacon for what is possible – if you are ever faced with a sense of darkness or being misunderstood, blast your beautiful light outward because you have so much light to share. 

ARCTURIANS

You are a true powerhouse of strength, knowledge, divine inspiration, leadership, and a true pioneer amongst us humans. You are the doers rather than the deep feelers. In fact, you are the type that may not have felt so much like a starseed or as much “not from here” as the other types – because you really incarnated here to master this human thing! 

Arcturians originate from Arcturus, which resides within the Bootes constellation. Arcturians are natural born leaders and planners –– you are here to help advance the planet with your innovative ideas! By listening to your sparks of inspiration and wisdom, you are able to help guide the world into a brighter, more expansive future.

You Arcturians are known for your incredible strong-will, masculine energy (even for the ladies – that masculine energy is what gets shit done & drives such a strong path forward) and natural skills in leading others. You are true innovators and incredible creators. 

As an Arcturian, you are likely interested in how things work, which might guide you towards fields in mathematics, data, science, technology, engineering, or communication. You have a gift at blending both science and spirituality. Arcturians are also very creative, but with a pragmatic and practical spin. 

When you aren’t living in alignment with your highest self, you might seem unaware of other people’s emotions due to being guarded with your own – this is not a bad thing, but it is your work to learn how to work well with others rather than simply be in the leading role. It can be hard because an Arcturian, it can feel like your way or the highway! Keep in mind that in so many ways, you really do know best, but in these human experiences it is also important to learn from other perspectives… which you are getting better at doing!

Your imagination is huge, and you want to harness all of your incredible, vast, beautiful ideas and make them a reality. Sometimes that can feel overwhelming – so many ideas, so little time! In these times, pause. Tune in with your highest self and allow yourself to soften –– remember that spirituality AND secular thinking work best, together. If anyone can harness all of this and bring it to life, it is you, dear Arcturian. You are an ancient soul, so wise, and so in tune. 

Do you ever get mistaken for being cold or distant? Perhaps people don’t always get you or the way that you work. But the truth is, you are very warm and couldn’t possibly have more love in your heart to give. You have suffered grief, hurt, and suffering, so you can be a bit guarded. The more you can soften and let people in (the right people, of course – the soul family!), the more healing this will be on your life path. You are not meant to do it all alone. 

ANDROMEDANS

You are a freedom seeker, a wanderer, and a systems buster! You are not here to live life by the status quo. Your superpower is that you are incredibly good at being human – so you do not have as much of that feeling of being misunderstood on this earth as many other starseeds. People get you, you are good at being human, but even so you possess powers that go beyond these human bodies. 

Andromedans originate from the spiral-shaped galaxy of Andromeda and are the quiet warriors on our planet. Andromedan’s are here to serve a very specific purpose known only to themselves. Often, this starseed type is highly gifted at accessing the Akashic records, highly heart-centered, and a master at anything both art & science related. You are here to bring holistic forms of healing to this earth. Do you feel passionate about health and wellness, and healing others on a soul level? This is your gift. It’s time to begin to harness this power. 

On earth, you might struggle between following what you think you are supposed to do, versus what you want to do. A sure sign that you are living out of alignment as an Andromedan starseed is if you are suffering with deeply rooted anxiety or depression. Remember it’s okay to take time to tune in and try things out –– you don’t need to have all of the answers all at once!

Everything will unfold for you in perfect, divine timing. This is the gift of the wounded-healer. First we must go through the pain and darkness, but once we are able to find ourselves we rise from the ashes like a phoenix. This process is one of catharsis. Every true healer must go through this path, on some level, to come out on the other side with the compassion and worldly knowledge needed to guide others in the big ways that you are being called to do. 

As an Andromedan starseed, you are very creative, have a huge imagination, you have a fun and goofy side that you have likely been praised for, you are wise with an ancient knowledge running through you, and you love to observe the world around you. You also might have dealt with previous trauma or conflict, which causes you to guard your emotions. A great mantra for you would be: I am safe. It is safe to express myself and try the things / activities that speak to my soul.

You are very balanced between your masculine and feminine energies, you are an innate teacher and guide, and you have an incredible logic to you that will help you excel and guide others in this lifetime. You are a nurturer, a teacher, and a lover of all people. Something very healing for you will be to give that same love back to yourself that you so easily radiate outward to others. This is what you have come here to do. 

ORION

Orion starseeds come from one of the most well-known constellations in our universe –– Orion! These starseeds are very logical and fabulous at tuning in with the reasoning mind versus their emotional mind. Orion starseeds are incredibly tuned in to ancient wisdom, knowledge, logic, and action. Your mission here on Earth as an Orion starseed is to learn to be more trusting, to open your heart center, and to tune deeper into your emotions – as the logical side of it all comes much easier for you! 

On Earth, you are very task-oriented and love your work – in fact you’re likely to be an entrepreneur! You dream of leading and inspiring others, are a “jack of all trades”, and rarely get angry or wear your emotions on your sleeve. 

You might find as an Orion starseed that you can come across with a logical, indifferent persona. This isn’t because you are a cold person — rather, you often just struggle to open up to those around you due to lack of trust or being burned in the past. Deep down you know in your heart that you are very kind, loving, generous, and benevolent — and it’s your mission to trust it is safe to open up and express that side of yourself in this lifetime!

In general, to be a starseed is to have a soul that’s incarnated in other dimensions, in other star systems, or other universes all together. MINTAKAN

Mintakan Starseeds originate from Mintaka. Mintaka is a planet that resides within Orion’s Belt. As a Mintakan Starseed, you are thought to be one of the original lightworkers, and are here to teach us the value in ourselves, in life, in potential, and in others. Mintaka is a planet that no longer exists, so you might find you feel especially homesick for seemingly no reason. But don’t fear – you are not alone as there are so many starseeds incarnated on this planet. 

As a Mintakan, you have a very strong intuition and you are highly interested in crystals & all things astrological. You deeply feel it in your bones when things are off. At times you can struggle knowing people’s true intentions – mostly because you tend to see the optimistic side of things. We love this about you, but we also don’t want this to be misconstrued or have you taken advantage of!

Unless you have already been through this and come out on the other side, you likely struggle with not knowing what your true purpose is. This can be especially hard because of your sensitive makeup and your ability to see all sides of the coin.

As you learn to tune in with your water nature, try new things, and say “yes” before it makes sense your path will naturally unfold before you. When you try to control situations, rather than trusting, this is when you block yourself from discovering your path. Another way you might block yourself is by taking on the emotions & problems of others unknowingly. It is beneficial for you to practice creating and setting boundaries in this lifetime.

A great form of self care for you would be spending time around water and oceanic beings. You are a very kind and nurturing being, and are a powerful manifestor. Your insatiable curiosity for the world around you will guide you well — follow it!

INDIGO CHILDREN

Indigo, Crystal, & Rainbow children are a newer type of starseed — therefore, you are often born remembering many of your divine gifts, qualities, and mission. This is incredibly powerful, and not to be taken lightly. Indigo, Crystal, & Rainbow children all have a collective soul mission to help usher humanity out of the old paradigm of fear, greed, and manipulation into a more expansive future based on integrity, abundance, love, and peace. This is not a small mission here on earth, but this is what you were made for. 

As an Indigo Child, you are a rapid ascender that helps revolutionize the way we view the world. Things are changing, and it’s time to live from the new paradigm of life. You are very intuitive, innovative, insightful, and creative. Because you are here to help elevate humanity’s future, you often are headstrong and may have a rebellious streak against authority – sound familiar?! However, this ability to see new ways to operate and function is one of your greatest gifts — lean into it, and just make sure it is carried out in a way that is respectful, loving, and for the highest good of everyone involved.

Rainbow Children are unlikely to struggle with illness or mental health issues as long as they are in alignment. As a Rainbow Child, allow yourself to be passionate about anything and everything that interests you. You are an effortless manifestor and your bright, bubbly, and energetic personality is needed!

LEMURIAN

Lemurians (and Atlanteans) are believed to be the first ever starseeds to come to Earth. Lemurians originate from Lemuria, a large continent that sank under the Indian Ocean eons ago. There aren’t many Lemurians left on Earth due to the sudden downfall of Lemuria due to dark reptilians destroying the continent due to greed, disease, and famine.

As a Lemurian Starseed, you might notice that you feel a strong pull to Mount Shasta in California, or to places of similar beauty with the mountains and the water. You are a highly sensitive person with wisdom far beyond your years. In your earthly life, you might feel as though you are an outsider or a misfit. When you feel this way, traveling to spiritual places that you are drawn to on earth is likely to give you a whole new sense of self, meaning, and purpose. The main thing we want you to know is that you are not alone – there are so many of us! And if you have incredibly deep gifts to harness and use in this lifetime. 

Some of your gifts include being highly intuitive and able to read energy easily. You are a natural healer and are able to influence the thoughts and emotions of others. A wonderful endeavor for you would be to pursue leading a heart-based project you are drawn to.

VENUSIAN

Venusian Starseeds originate from Venus, the planet before Earth. Your purpose on Earth as a Venusian Starseed is to usher in all forms of love — you have an unparalleled ability to hold and spread love. Because of your light and joyous nature, you can act like a mirror to those in your life — reflecting back that which they choose not to see. Having boundaries and remaining empowered in your light is important in this lifetime, as it can be tempting to want to dim your light in times when people are triggered by what you reflect back to them.

As a Venusian Starseed, you likely feel drawn to Venus (even if you didn’t realize it – look into goddess Venus mythology & see how you resonate!), value growth, and feel very drawn to beauty. In fact, you often see beauty where others don’t! This is why you are drawn to luxury and the finer, more sophisticated things in life. We love this about you!

As a highly sensitive individual, you likely struggle with conflict and knowing how to handle it. Learning how to stick up for yourself from an empowered, expansive, and loving place is a skill for you to cultivate in this lifetime. Another task for you in this lifetime is to allow yourself to lean into your Venusian nature and appreciation for sensuality & the senses as this is one of your utmost gifts.

LIGHT WORKERS

Light Workers are very special starseed souls that come from a variety of different realms, planets, and star systems. There are over 25 known types of lightworkers! On Earth, the Light Worker purpose is to help humanity and other worlds evolve through spreading love, light, and kindness. As a Light Worker, you are here solely to work for all things light.

Light Workers are highly creative and artistic, very intuitive, and live for a higher purpose. You likely notice you have an inner drive and desire to help those around you. Another characteristic you might experience in your life is wanting to lead a natural life with as little chemicals as possible. In this lifetime, you are a strong manifestor and are likely an old soul.

Due to your light nature, you can magnetize problematic people to you until you learn how to set and hold boundaries. This is the biggest challenge of living as a Light Worker three on this planet. You also might feel very rebellious and unwilling to follow norms — allow yourself to listen to your inner wisdom of how you prefer to do things, this is for the higher good of everyone! So if you have always been a natural-born rebel, keep rockin’ on with your bad self. We love this about you!

You may find that becoming a healer, teacher, spiritual leader, writer, or anything in the spiritual field may be a great career path for you. 

LYRAN

Lyran Starseeds originate from Vega, the brightest planet in the Lyra constellation. You are known as the original keepers of the most ancient knowledge… and that is no small feat, here on earth! Lyran’s are into metaphysics, the element of fire, realms beyond, travel, and you are very, VERY old souls. Some of the oldest on this planet. 

As a Lyran Starseed, you might notice you feel drawn to travel to Egypt, as this is one of the closest connections you have to home. In your earthly life, you have a strong sacral and root chakra, have a natural authoritative energy, and are drawn to all things magic, technology, and metaphysics. You might notice that you have a connection to cats and feel as though you are “stuck” here on earth and can’t go home. This is due to the downfall of the Lyran planets – but don’t fear, you are not alone, as there are many of us Lyrans here on earth.

Do you have a cat? If not, it might be nice to get one or form connections with someone in your life who has a cat. This healing feline energy is very potent for Lyrans. Unlike many other starseeds, Lyrans a.k.a Feline starseeds feel very at home on Earth. They love the chaotic nature of Earth life and the undeniable freedom that comes with it.

Allow yourself to follow what lights you up and makes you feel passionate. As you do so, also make sure you remain grounded! Having a toolbox of go-to activities that help you connect to the physical world around you will be highly beneficial for you in this lifetime.

BEYOND the fact that we know it’s coming, I am sure many of us have been feeling it. Do you feel like ideas are coming to you clearer, things you have been visualizing and manifesting for a long time now are flowing your way with ease, that a portal has opened up between you & the Universe and you can feel it ALL? Perhaps your energy is dipping low or rising high, old patterns are coming up so you can finally break them, or things have just been emotional. Alternately, maybe you’re feeling high on life. Or all of that in one day? Every day? Just me? Lol.

So let’s discuss. What’s happening is called  The Great Conjunction , and I have so many things to say about it. Per usual I have a bit of a unique approach to this day, because I am TBB after all and I never quite agree with everything that people say about something. But I do pick up bits and pieces, research a shit ton, hold onto what feels true to me, look to my guides, channel about it and then form my own opinion. So that’s what I’m going to share with you today!

First & foremost just know, this day is massive. We are being called to wake UP on deeper levels. Things are shifting on the planet. Our manifestations are flowing to us with ease & grace. Old, stale things are ending so that what is meant for us can flow into our lives. And if you’re anything like me, ideas are flowing in like wildfire. It’s time to harness them & truly bring them to reality + fruition.

Astrologically, What is Happening?! //

In essence, what is actually taking place is that Jupiter & Saturn will be coming together in the sky in a “great conjunction,” getting closer to each other than they have been in 800 years — literally within touching distance! They will form one big star in the sky & it will be visible to the naked eye just after sunset.

The conjunction itself is taking place in Aquarius, which is an air sign (it’s also my rising & my North Node!!) that depicts innovation, humanitarianism, independence, forward thinking, weird & out there stuff, the Internet, friendship, massive forward change, and doing things differently. In many spiritual schools of thought the Age of Aquarius that we are in now & getting deeper into after this conjunction is where the NEW EARTH will rise, and things will be done differently. Success will be achieved differently. It’s the FLOWY way.

In my opinion this means that the divine feminine, flowy, effervescently light & easeful energy will rise as the new way of doing things, and society as a whole will get a huge upgrade to doing things in a more light filled way. Basically, the 5D way.  Many of us have already been doing this, but it has not been accepted in society or considered the norm. For example when I left grad school to blog full-time and my entire family was petrified & thought I had lost my mind — and it ended up being the best thing I’ve ever done. Fully guided by intuition. That is just one example of many. Divine trust, blind guidance in source & the utmost faith. Faith is a big word coming in right now, overall.

Aquarius is also the sign of intuition. It’s intellectual & idealistic, very romantic in many ways. So the fact that Saturn & Jupiter are meeting in this beautifully intuitive and innovative place in the night sky marks a huge change for humanity as a whole. For the last two centuries the great conjunction has taken place in Earth signs, all about stability & grounding. A more masculine way of doing things. That served us on this planet up until this point, but we are reaching a new time. A New Earth.

This event is also linked to biblical times, to the fabled Christmas Star of Bethlehem that led the Three Wise Men to the baby Jesus. So many people believe this will be the Second Coming of Christ, or at least will by leading us closer to the Second Coming. Others believe it will be the apocalypse & the end of the world (don’t worry, it won’t) which is a darker approach to the conjunction that I very much do not agree with. Us workers of the light know & believe that this ascension on the planet will only bring good things.

There are a million other theories out there. That half the world will die and half will live. That anyone who isn’t living in the 5D light will vanish. On & on. Again, in my opinion, those theories are dark. I don’t do dark. I do shadow, but not darkness.

What people are saying that I fully agree with is that on this day a huge portal to the cosmos will open up and it will be the most potent day of the year to manifest and call in what we desire. It’s also the BEGINNING, so there is no rush. If you don’t feel a massive change on the day of, that’s okay and there is nothing to be disappointed about. Many people believe we will wake up on the 22nd feeling brand new upgrades in our bodies & spirits — and that I definitely do agree with.

There are so many other opinions too — and I really love what a lot of light-filled teachers & friends of mine have to say about it. It will be a portal, a gateway, a rapid ascension and and escalation of all of the upgrades we have been experiencing all year. If you are tapped in, you have probably been feeling it for months now. I know I have been feeling it for at least 8 or 9 weeks… experiencing WILD, previously unexplainable things & my life has changed vastly for the better during this time.

What is TBB saying, thinking, feeling, transmuting, experiencing?! //

Here’s what I think. We have been moving toward a new earth, a new way of doing things, to the 5D ascension for a long time. This year it’s like we’ve been put in a time machine basically and all of the lessons, upgrades, ideas, pattern breaking, ascension, and “death of self” / die off of the ego & old way of doing things has been turned WAY up — so that essentially if you’re paying attention, and doing the work, then you’ve kind of accelerated 20+ years of work in a single year.

It might sound like a lot but I deeply believe this. I believe it mostly because I have experienced it firsthand, and this year it has been shown to me just HOW MUCH I came to this earth to experience them in the deepest way so that I can transmute them and share them to help heal the collective. It’s the work of a really, really old soul who has done this many times. It’s also the path of the wounded healer. It is easy? Absolutely not at all. Is it worth it? Yes. I know in my bones it’s what I came here to do it and it is a MASSIVE freakin relief to be living my dharma and sharing from the deepest core of my eternal soul, through lifetimes.

My life in the last few months has been INSANE. In the absolute best way. I will try my best to put it into words because the work & healing of lifetimes has taken place. Starting at the end of September, big shifts started to happen in my life. It began with the culmination of debilitating, full body anxiety that would send me into spiraling panic attacks & nights on end of absolutely no sleep whatsoever. This was not new for me, but it was obviously intensified. I turned 30 October and it was a beautiful celebration of life, and I started to feel a bit more at ease, but the anxiety was still raging. I was SO AWARE that deep upgrades of energy were taking place so I allowed myself to stay along for the ride.

My psychic abilities were opening and heightening at warp speed. That part was actually very exciting. By the end of October, I was feeling more in control & in power of harnessing this MASSIVE amount of energy. My highest soul self realized that the anxiety was being caused by an influx of energy & light shining into this earth (from the cosmos) and that those of us who are awake to it can really, really feel it. From there, I went through a serious death of the old self. It was beautiful and intense. I cried for DAYS about shedding old skins, releasing old patterns, letting go of old friendships / relationships that no longer serve me (do you know how hard this is for a Libra Sun, Cancer Moon, Reflector Soul to do!??!), and WATCHED my life transform before my eyes.

From there, I regularly entered portals with close souls in my life almost daily. Because of the letting go I finally allowed myself to do, there was room for new energy & FRESH, alive, aligned humans to come into my life. I am also referring to people who have been in my life for a long, long time (as well as a few new) — our relationships deepened and flourished in a way my soul had been dreaming of. It was everything I needed and more. With that support, I kept diving into these portals. TIME stopped feeling like it existed. I would regularly sit on the couch with a dear friend (Jenna I am looking at you!!) and 11 hours would pass in the blink of an eye. Next thing we knew it would be 3am and I would be simply too bamboozled to drive, grocery shop, or do anything human because the upgrades were so otherworldly & intense.

LIFETIMES of pain were worked out in those portal sessions. They were never planned, they just happened. In Santa Barbara a few weeks ago I entered massive portals with my sweet Kenzie, another sister through lifetimes, and we healed so much by reflecting our journeys back to one another. The journeys have not been easy. They have been deeply painful, and deeply parallel. But through that pain we have risen. I truly believe to LIVE in the light & manifest with great ease, one must shed the old stories which requires going through the mulch. Releasing the lineage pain. Forging a new path by believing in (and then acting ON) a new way.

Jonathan and I also went on a deep aya journey, which you can read about here, that entered me into a portal LIKE NEVER BEFORE. It’s important to note that all of the other portals I’ve spoken about have been 100% natural (no medicine or anything), while this one was more so assisted by plant medicine. However the medicine assisted me for weeks before and weeks afterward, continuing to uncover truths & reverse old patterns & to quote one of my old TBV Apparel shirts, “LET THAT SHIT GO!!!” It’s been MASSIVE.

How to Harness This Portal Energy?! &  Journaling Prompts  //

Now, after the story above (I know it was lengthy I always have so much to say!!!), which I really hope you can see elements of yourself in, either now or in the coming months… can we all agree that my FACE HAS CHANGED? Even my body? I have been getting so many beautiful comments and messages about how I just look different now. It’s less of an aesthetic thing and more of an aura. Someone told me yesterday on Instagram that it looks like there is a halo of light around me now. I say this not out of ego at all but out of pure ENERGY. Energy sees energy. There are so many empathic, psychic, intuitive humans out there and we are all waking up. If you see something in me, it’s because it’s in you, too. I am simply here to reflect it back to you.

Okay, HARNESS IT BACK IN, JORDAN !! I am feeling myself about to go on a tangent full of so much abundant life force energy I can hardly contain myself. So there is definitely a lot more to come. But let’s focus now on harnessing the portal energy, shall we?

So we are approaching this New Earth. It’s a beautiful thing. In the 5D, there is only light. Only love. Only unity consciousness. In the 5D, humans KNOW that only love is real. You can learn all about this 5D ascension in my free spiritual awakening PDF, here! 

5D is the dimension beyond linear time & space, which means that many different timelines / realities are available to access there. Physical existence is still possible on this plane, although the body is lighter and of a different cellular structure. When the physical body is fully transformed into this light body, there is no pain. Further, there is no fear. It is the plane of unconditional love and abundance, manifest in the physical. SO CAN YOU IMAGINE ALL OF SOCIETY ASCENDING TO THIS NOW??!

No, I don’t believe it will happen overnight. No, I don’t believe that someone can go from a lower density consciousness to a higher light-being consciousness just because of this portal. But I DO believe & know, that people who are already living in the light can harness this energy to ascend, ascend, ascend into the 5D at a much more rapid pace.

To harness this energy, I encourage us all to journal, meditate, listen to this bomb ass playlist, take a hot bath, go outside & look at the CONJUNCTION & then the MOON, and call IN the energy of the cosmos that is shining brightly on us now. Take time for yourself on the 21st, and for the potent & sensitive week that will follow. Cry, be open to change, trust your ideas, tap into your inner child & creativity, feel it all. I do believe our society is moving toward this utopia. Slowly but surely. Things are changing. But as they change, old ways have to die. You guys know I am passionate about food. The horrifying amount of food (and the type of food) the FDA tells us to eat… is a lie. It’s garbage & a total lie. I hate to be negative but this is just plain fact. That is why I have been talking so much about THE CELESTIAL DIET on social media, and will continue to provide so much info about everything that means & more.

So when it comes to nourishing our bodies, ask yourself during this portal: Am I eating in a way that I have chosen for myself intuitively that feels good, or am I eating in a way I have been told?

To bring that concept even further, ask yourself when it comes to every situation in life: Have I chosen this for myself, or am I following what someone else has told me? 

Am I truly happy in my relationships & friendships, or am I simply complacent because I feel like this is all I deserve and all I’ve ever known? 

Do I believe there is a better path for me, one where I am truly happy & in alignment?

Am I truly happy in my career, and what drives me? Is it a desire to do what I love, or to fulfill my role in society the way in which I have been programmed?

What in my life would I love to change that I have been too afraid to say out loud or even admit to myself?

What is my wildest dream & what is holding me back from that being my reality?

Where can I surrender? And then surrender more?

What habits can I create in my daily life to bring my wildest dreams to fruition?

Where am I still living in the density of 3D (listening to others’ voices instead of my own) & where can I rise to the fifth dimension & beyond?

Which Starseed energy speaks to me the most & how can I harness in on that heading into 2021? (More on that from me coming soon… )

Where do I still feel dense & heavy in my life? How can I transmute that by shifting what I consume, with food, people, the media & beyond?

Do what feels good to you on this day. Get into nature. Don’t worry about what others need from you. Focus on giving yourself what YOU need. This is the beginning of a new way. Take it slow. No need for life to change overnight… but you will feel the divine push of the universe behind you now to assist you in your FLOW. It’s good. Real good.

Yes, we are talking universal signs. From the universe, consciousness, the divine, your higher self, karma, God, whatever higher power it is that you believe in.

Signs can show up in so many different ways. For some, they can be a seemingly random recurring number (like my number 201, or angel number 333!), an animal that represents something specific to you, a word or phrase you needed to hear, or something that feels so right and serendipitous it almost could be deja vu.

Signs can also be something you call in specifically that represents a big decision in your life or connection to a higher power. For example, you could tell the universe, “I want to see a hummingbird within the next 24 hours as confirmation that I am on the right path with a big decision I am about to make.” Or something specific to one area of your life like, “I want to change jobs, so please place the right new opportunity in my life so I can feel more supported and held in that decision.”

Or perhaps you just want a sign to know that you are connected to a divine power, so you could say, “Please show me a purple triangle within the next week to confirm to me that this divine connection [in meditation, or something else] I feel is real.” And when you see the purple triangle… your body will fill with tingles and chills that remind you who you are, and who you’ve always been.

And if you don’t see the sign you ask for, that is a sign too! It could mean a variety of things like, perhaps you are too distracted (looking down at your phone, lost in your head with anxieties/fears, blinded by your own disbelief in a higher power, etc.) to see the sign. Or it could also mean that what you’re asking for is simply not meant for you (the new job, the relationship, etc.), so your sign does not appear. It could mean many other things too… like to slow down and breathe more, meditate, get outside, and maybe your sign will appear when you very much least expect it.

I have had some wild experiences with asking for signs, and some of my signs have come into my path completely unrelated to me asking for them… just as reminders from the universe that we are all one. The biggest of which being… 2 0 1, baby!

201, 201!! My Story With My Angel Number //

It all began 10 years ago now (wow), in my sophomore year of college at LMU. I lived in a building called McCarthy in room 201 with my best friend Jillian. My other closest friends Clare & Alexi lived in a building called Hannon in room 201! We thought it was a funny and cute coincidence that we were both in 201’s, but didn’t think about it much beyond that.

Then my junior year I studied abroad in Italy and that’s when the real synchronicities began. Before we landed in Italy we went on a 10 day “opening tour” with our school to Germany, Austria, and Prague. We stayed in about 5 hotels during that time, and you can guess which room I was placed into EVERY TIME… 201. At first it was surprising, then it became a running joke that no one had to ask what room I was in because it was obvious I would be in a 201, then it just got downright weird that no matter where we were, I was in a 201!

When we settled in Florence, you can naturally guess that I was placed in a 201, with my two roommates Clare (yes, the Clare that was in Hannon 201!) and Amanda. On that trip, the 201 synchronicities turned from semi-eerie to mind-blowing. Every day I would see the clock at 2:01 without trying. I wasn’t sleeping much on that trip, due to raging insomnia and also tons of partying… so 2:01am and pm were both something I would see every day and night without fail.

We traveled all throughout Europe on that trip… and every hotel or hostel we stayed in, I was placed in room 201. Almost without exception. We went to Paris, London, Greece, Rome, Sienna, all around Tuscany, Cinque Terre, and more… and everywhere, I mean everywhere: 201.

It started feeling like a guiding light for me, something I knew was sent from above even before I was very into spirituality at all. Every time I saw it, I felt safe. I felt like my grandmother (my mom’s mom who passed away when I was 6) was with me within the 201’s, guiding me and sharing her healing, protective light with me.

After that trip, the 201’s did not slow down. They only revved up! I started noticing them everywhere, in addresses, phone numbers, license plates, sidewalks, on the clock, in books, movies, and everywhere else. And if I shared my 201 story with someone, they would usually start to see 201 too! Especially if we were very connected… so my mom and my closest friends still see 201 constantly to this day.

From there on out, I lived in 201 apartments everywhere for many more years. I screamed when I saw 201 was the apartment number of my first place I moved into alone in Brentwood. Screamed! I had already chosen the apartment before I even saw the number… and it felt so guided. It was so guided. That was after living in a 201 previously with my roommate Laura, also in Brentwood.

When I got my new car after moving back from NYC 5 years ago, I got in and the car had 201 miles on it, 201 miles of gas left, and it was 2:01pm. You CANNOT make this stuff up. I drove straight to my grandfather’s retirement home, where he had just been placed in, you guessed it, ROOM 201 in the assisted living area. His health was rapidly declining and his quality of life was pretty much gone. It was heartbreaking but he was an optimist up until the very end.

I knew in my heart the 201’s that day were a sign from my grandfather’s soul that his body was ready to leave this earth, and I was right — it was my last time seeing him in person, but our souls have remained extremely intertwined ever since.

I could go on… but I think you can see, 201 has been with me for a decade now and it is such a powerful guiding force in my life. Every time I see it, it feels like an indication that I am on the right path. It has been present for so many good things in my life, like signing contracts at 2:01, it was present during my first book deal, and was even etched into the ground in Bali during a huge health breakdown I had two years ago (which even though it doesn’t sound good, was a good thing).

I wanted to share this story with you to show you that sometimes… we don’t pick our signs, our signs pick us!

And if 201 can be so ever-present in my life without me trying whatsoever, then your sign can be equally present in your life.

My spiritual journey has taken some amazing twists and turns over the last several years. When 201 came into my life, I really was not very in touch with my soul’s path (that I knew of). Now, through the guidance of my angels and guides as well as my divine higher self… I feel like an entirely brand new person. I have been able to tap in psychically, intuitively, and I now live my life in an entirely different way.

This is available to all of us… it’s truly amazing.

Most recently, I asked for a big signs in my business with some changes I am in the process of making, and I received every last one. So one thing you can do is when you’re in a meditative head space, ask the universe to show you the way. To introduce you to the right people and bring you to the right places so that the next step in your life is simply effortless. We are so, so, so guided.

Then it’s just up to us… to TRUST what we receive!

And ultimately remember… this is the truth. When we are ready and open, is when we can truly align.

Keep an eye out for your signs: numbers, symbols, animals, words, songs, however you see or notice them.

And if you’re not seeing anything specific, ask for a sign! There are so many different ways to receive your signs from the universal consciousness.

The story is about intuition. My intuition is something I think a lot about with or without a yoga teacher bringing it up, because, well… I am a yogi after all, so I think about that kind of shit.

I’m also addicted to connecting to my deep thoughts, and constantly seeking ways to better myself by listening to my intuition & gut as often as I can.

But what the teacher said the other night in class really, really hit me. It hit me for a whole bevy of reasons… which I will get to. In a sec.

She opened the class with a description of intuition, and the voice in which it speaks to us. Not just any description, but Kyle Gray (a best-selling Hay House author who is awesome)’s description.

I am paraphrasing, but it goes something like this: “The voice of our intuition has two main qualities when it speaks to us… it always speaks lovingly and in the present tense.”

Those words, heard in that moment, hit me very, very hard. I was just coming out of a very reflective and introspective weekend of teacher  training, dealing with a massive host of things in my personal life, and feeling incredibly and deeply in touch with my heart and my gut and what I want ever since returning from Hawaii.

But still, even being in touch with my gut… I knew my intuition was trying to tell me more, and I was shoving it down. Telling myself “you always work so hard to figure it all out, just chill. Just let the universe do it’s thing.”

But there in lie my problem… I was not letting the universe do its thing. I was not letting my intuition, gut or heart lead the way. I was way too attached to what my heart wanted, whether or not it was the best for me.

Here’s the thing.

Sometimes it can be so hard to distinguish what our intuition tells us versus what the rest of the things are that we feel, think and believe.

Sometimes we want something so badly that we ignore the voice of our intuition until we can hardly hear it at all anymore, but it’s always there.

The intuition is strong, and what it says to us is based solely on how something feels in our lives… there IS no bias. Essentially, it tells us whether something is meant to be in our lives are not.

What it tells us can be big or small, based on huge life choices or as simple as what we are going to eat for dinner. The intuition does not discriminate on what it does and does not have an opinion about.

But when it knows, it knows.

It’s no secret that I have had a rough few weeks. I’ve been very open about it on Instagram, and perhaps to some extent I have been open about it here too. I discuss it a bit with Sophie in tomorrow’s podcast episode… which, conveniently, already happens to be UP in iTunes if you feel like listening a day early.

Sophie and I discuss how there is medicine in our darkness. She came up with that phrase, and that too has stuck with me — our intuitions know the way, even when darkness is coming, and there is always medicine to be found in the darkness.

So why am I sharing all of this?

Because it finally all came to a head. My intuition was trying very hard to tell me something, but I just wouldn’t have it. Days passed, and my heart hurt. I couldn’t eat. My intuition really felt something and I. would. not. listen.

Couldn’t. Didn’t want to. Refused.

“No, I don’t want to, it will bring too much darkness… I’m strong, I can deal with this so things don’t have to change, I will figure it all out so I don’t have to do what my gut tells me is right,” I kept thinking.

I felt that SO STRONGLY that I even wondered (still do) if my gut & intuition truly DID NOT want me to catch on to what they were feeling so that I wouldn’t have to experience the darkness that came along with it.

And at the risk of sounding way too cryptic… just know, other people’s feelings are involved here too, as you can imagine, so I am trying to be delicate.

Plus, this post is about my intuition… everyone has one.

So what’s the point?

Listen. When your intuition has something to say. It might lead you into some times of darkness, but as my dear friend Sophie so eloquently says… there is medicine in our darkness.

And in all dark times there is SO MUCH LIGHT to be seen, too. We just have to see it, and sometimes maybe even search for it.

Personal life right now is rough. Things are a’ brewing. But other things are great. I’m pursuing a lifelong DREAM of teaching yoga in a very real, very consistent way, and that feels freaking good.

I’m working on my second book, I’m living out my dream job every day, I’m surrounded by the greatest friends and family a girl could ask for.

I get to go to Hawaii and Big Sur and Carmel and Bora Bora and Hawaii again all in the next few months, and that’s pretty exciting for a travel bug like me.

There are a lot, a lot of good things happening. And I’m not saying that to try to convince myself that all is fine… because my heart does hurt, and that’s okay. It’s NOT all fine, and that’s okay.

I’m just putting it out there, because it’s real and it’s the truth and perhaps it’s part of the medicine in my darkness.

I do feel connected to my core and my heart center, and that feels good. I think I can finally create some space to work on what I need to work on, emotions I need to access to write my next book, and that’s cool too.

So, all this to say, thank you intuition for knowing the way. I trust you, even if you’re leading me through some difficulty. XO
