Yes, the berries do lose some of their nutritional value when heated, so if you are looking for optimal vitamin benefits out of your berries then you should just add them in after cooking the oats. I get plenty of vitamins and minerals throughout the day on this awesome vegan diet, so I don&#039;t worry about that too much! Especially because heating them is a treat - not an every day thing ;)]]></description>
