Hi darling! Thanks so much. Glad that you've been loving the recipes :) it is completely fine to start the day with a 400 calorie oatmeal... 400 calories in a meal is nothin', girl! Not when it's completely healthy, all-natural and full of fuel to get you through the day. Another thing about these recipes is I often make them, eat until I'm full and then save the rest for later. So if you're worried that the serving size seems like too much I would suggest doing that. Hope that helps, and let me know if there are any other questions I can answer for ya!! Xo

Hey :-)
First of all, I really love your pics!! They're just so inspiring and I love trying out new recipes, especially for breakfast, I fell in love with oats :D
But now seeing the amount of calories in one jar, I'm really asking myself if this isn't just to much? So I'm not on a diet but I want to eat better stuff and healthy so I skip Sweets most of the time. But if I eat 'normal' stuff like Pasta during the day, is it okay for weightloss to start the day with a 400 cal oatmeal?

Thank you so much for your answer!! :-)

Katrin! Hope your juice cleanse is going well. I want to do another one soon - I can't get over the amazing and energizing feeling it brings. The nut milk that I ended each day with was heavenly! A lot of the juice cleanse programs out here in the states end the day of 6 juices with a nut milk variety in order to provide protein and so people are not kept awake by their hunger. The ingredients of mine were soaked cashews, filtered water, a bit of agave syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. It is sooo yummy and something to look forward to throughout the day!

Wow this one looks like fall in a jar indeed! So yummie and pretty! We are in the middle of our 3day juice cleanse now. Interesting that you ended each day with a nut milk version. Can you tell more about that? Or have you already mentioned it somewhere and we have missed it.. Many hugs beauty!
