Yes, I am with you-- my month was pretty tough physically too between this, OTF, yoga and training for the marathon! It&#039;s so important to learn the importance of rest days... I am going to write a post about that in the next couple of weeks, because that resting is when the change really happens and it&#039;s SO good for our bodies. It was a tougher month physically (I overdid the working out/fitness a little bit - I need to cut back to a healthier level in February for more balance, for sure), but I don&#039;t regret participating in the challenge.]]></description>
