I just ordered a 30 day supply (non caff) to start off and need some help in figuring out how I&#039;m going to incorporate this into my life living in NY working and and working out 5 days a week- after work hours. I hope you don&#039;t mind all the questions... I&#039;m just trying to truly understand and fall in love with it!
I eat all organic, very green and &quot;healthy/ balanced&quot; and in the morning I kick my day off with a nutrient rich green smoothie, much like yours. Then coffee that I sip on throughout the day then lunch about 1230. Then snack, then the gym @630-8, home about 9 or so. nibble about 9-930 and sleep about 11. 
If needed to make this work, I could get dinner before I get home about 9 (or I could prepare food to bring with me to eat before getting on the train to head home. 
Now... 
1. I am doing it for weight loss and I&#039;m about 10-15 (max) lbs from my goal. What happens when i stop taking it after I reach my goal? I don&#039;t want to drop a dramatic amount of weight that isn&#039;t sustainable or is harmful to me. 
2. How long does it keep you &quot;up&quot; say if you take it in the evening around 5-530 in time to get to the gym at 6-630? And would you then not eat dinner? I do between 1-2 hours of boot camp and skipping dinner doesn&#039;t seem like a good idea. 
3. If taking it in the eve is not a good idea, I can take it in the morning but will I be messing with the intention of the product and dramatically slow my down the weight loss opportunity- in comparison say if I worked out in the morning after drinking it per Kelly and Wes&#039; recommendation?
4. Lastly, I tend to be under the aspirational belief that if I have a nutrient rich smoothie in the morning that I should be energized and if I&#039;m not then maybe I&#039;m low in something like protein, fat or maybe even a little natural sugar. I really feel akin to your beliefs to listen to your body. Do you feel like this interrupts that ability to listen?]]></description>

Hi Isabella!! Thank you for following up! Eek somehow it took me a few days to see this. I take the product first thing in the morning, but I don&#039;t workout within 90 mins of taking it. I actually LOVE the brain power it gives me to sit at my computer and blog/write/work/podcast all morning!!!! I have been taking the caffeine-free before my workouts in the evenings which has also been awesome. Honestly, I think it&#039;s so different for everyone which is why I&#039;d totally recommend trying it and then being mindful of how it most fits into your life. If your main goal with the product is fat loss, then YES on the workouts within 90 min.
