Yeahhhh! Running + yoga is the perfect combination. I absolutely love running, but it makes everything on my body (especially hips) SO tight. Doing a run with a yoga session afterwards is a magical combination! And having great gear always make it more fun :) (and good music!). Spring is always when I get back into my running groove after a winter hiatus. You look great!

one of my favorite things about your blog and writing is how honest you are! i think everyone can relate to this - our attitudes about our workouts change over time, but it's hard to admit that we just don't want to do something anymore, or we need to take a break from it. i personally go in waves, wanting to do a ton of cardio to let out stress some days or being more up for just a walk listening to a podcast on other days. it's like you always say - just listen to your body and trust it!

Love all the sharing about hormonal imbalances. I've been trying to work with mine for a few months now. It seemed like when I hit 30 everything went nuts. So, to get personal, I wish you would do a podcast with some other chicas (hey, shutthekaleup) about... birth control. It's such a struggle to find something that works for my body right now. Or if you know someone who has addressed that topic, please direct me!!!

OH MY GOD, YES on a half or a full together this year!!!! Emily Nolan and I are talking about setting up a half or full (probably a half... a full might be too much for me to even think about again just yet haha) for us + a bunch of our readers. Or as Emily says, frollowers (friends - followers LOL). How fun would that be?? Can we do it?!?! I can't wait to hear what you think of the ebook. Love you girl and your support means everything. <3 MUAH.

Jordan yaaas!!! First of all, preordered your ebook Second of all, I ALSO just got back into running recently! I spent 11 years training and racing as a competitive distance runner, and running cross country, indoor AND outdoor track during college really burned me out. I took pretty much the entirety of this past year off of exercise completely, but lately I've been feeling like it's time to get back into moving my body. This time, however, I'd like to focus on feeling good instead of training to run a super fast 5k or 6k. I'm transitioning from 30-45 miles a week to more like 10-15, with more of an emphasis on weight training, core work and maybe some HIIT for the first time ever! Aaaaand I NEED to work on flexibility. I'm excited for your ebook and all the yoga inspiration I KNOW it contains I'm looking forward to manifesting more balance in my life, working exercise (more varied forms) back into my routine. I have only been back working out for two weeks and I already feel so much better. A marathon is definitely still on my bucket list though! I want to run a half or full with you!!! Seriously my dream, along with taking your yoga classes Someday. I gotta get out to California Anyway, loved this post and seeing you look so cute and happy!! You're living your truth, girl. Ilysm xoxox
