I cannot even tell you guys how much you mean to me. After doing this full-time for the last ten years, it’s like you are each a part of my soul & my inner circle. & even if you are BRAND new here & this is the first post you are reading, I feel that way!!! Get on board because we are all about to have a lot of fun together.

With the relaunched, revamped site we now have a STARSEED QUIZ on the homepage! After talking about the fifth dimension for many years on my podcast and awakening to my own multidimensional nature, it was only fitting that we created a space for you to explore deeper & find out which star system your soul may have originated from. This was one of the main inspirations for creating the new site in general… and the rest of the design inspo (celestial 4ever) stemmed from there!

First thing’s first when it comes to star seeds. Do we think we are aliens? Are we weeeiiirdd and super out there? No. We are totally regular humans who have accepted that “normal” life just isn’t the vibe for us. We have always felt a little different and have always pondered deeper questions about the universe like… why are we here? Where do we go after this life, and where were we before this? Are our souls eternal, or is this one life all there is to it? Those of us who are spiritual seekers, and who are not satisfied with the status quo. We are all star seeds, and all of our souls originated from somewhere!

And from there, there are varying levels of starseed-ness. For example, Pleiadians (like myself) REALLLY don’t feel like we are from here. We are highly sensitive and can struggle with our physical health. The world as it is wasn’t really built for us. But when we wake up to who we really are, we can harness our ultimate superpower. That knowing within that we do come from all over, and that we can tap into the energy of our eternal soul that never dies and create everything we desire out of this life here on earth is what connects us & gives us away. Then there are other starseed types like Orion, Arcturian and Andromedan that are a little more factual!! They’re a little more hybrid, let’s say. Very good at the human stuff, maybe didn’t feel SO other growing up, but they still know there are deep roots to realms beyond.

& then there are Crystal children, Rainbow children & Indigo children who are truly from everywhere. & our Venusians who are from the planet of LOVE, and our Mintakans who are so powerful yet tend to feel really lost in earlier years of life because their planet no longer exists. Not to mention our Lemurian & Atlantean mermaid humans, connected to the water, the mountains, Mt. Shasta & realms beyond. AND our Lyran feline goddesses, tuned into divine feminine ancient wisdom of the ages. And there are so many others, as well. Here you will read about all of them!

My intention behind sharing this info:

I talked about it in this podcast episode about my psychic awakening, but when I first discovered my starseed nature and tried to Google “Pleiadians,” what I found was LESS than savory. There was almost no info about Pleiadians on the internet, and what was was super outdated and didn’t sound very exciting. Dare I say it all sounded a bit weird… even to ME!! And very few things are too out there for me.

My goal with talking about star seeds here on the blog and podcast is to modernize & normalize being a deeply spiritual, cosmic, multidimensional being. Being multidimensional is our superpower. Tuning into this is how we can reconnect to worlds beyond and manifest from our deepest desires. It’s how we can heal ourselves, our lineages, and rise to our soul’s mission in this lifetime. In my opinion, we are NOT here at random… and if we do not live out our social’s mission in this life, then we will keep coming back with the same intention to do so. Why not live that mission now, and continue to ascend?! That doesn’t mean we won’t come back here again (most of us absolutely will), but we can continue to rise onto the next ascended path that life calls us to, and the next-next-next.

This is because many of our souls originate from many places — we have all had MANY, infinite lifetimes. Some connections to a certain planet or star system may be so divinely connected though that you will continue to get that result no matter what. It’s all fun, and it’s all magic. No star system is better than the other.

 All Star Seed Types & Descriptions:

PLEIADIAN

Pleiadians are OLD souls, some of the oldest that there are. They come from the Pleiades, a star cluster in the Taurus constellation otherwise known as the Seven Sisters. Pleiadians are one of the most well-known starseed types because of the amount of people who resonate with this system. Books like Bringers of the Dawn & Family of Light are dedicated to Pleiadian teachings that radiate fifth dimensional love and vibrate the peace and harmony that the “P’s” came to this planet to bring! 

The color that correlates with the Pleiadians is blue. Maybe you feel connected to it in one way or another?! As a Pleiadian, you are highly knowledgeable about metaphysical concepts and have advanced healing abilities. That’s right… you are a healer! It’s likely that you often experience people-pleasing, perfectionism, and perhaps anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues when you’re not living in alignment with your truest nature. Pleiadians are highly sensitive, very gentle in nature, and exhibit a strong feminine, nurturing energy.

If you have ever felt like you are “not from here,” you are not alone… you are simply celestial, Pleiadian, and a radiant healing being of light. Pleiaidans are also messengers from another realm. We came here with a big purpose. In essence, time does not exist and is not linear the way that we think it is – so my belief is that Pleiadians came from the future to help the planet now.

Look around and consider how much healing our world needs, how much hate and divison there still is, and consider your Pleiadian mission to be a mission of healing. You can do this in your family, your close circle of friends, or on the world stage. This is what you incarnated here for. It is a big mission, so don’t forget to remind yourself that you deserve to give that love right back to yourself, too. 

Make sure you show yourself plenty of love and self care. As a Pleiadian, you are a highly sensitive individual (HSP, baby) –– therefore it’s key that you prioritize filling up your cup first, so you can show up as your most radiant self to others! SIRIAN

You are a true beacon of light and hope on this earth, and you came here carrying a vibration of harmony, adventures, and a mystical mission for the ages. Does this sound like you?! 

Sirian Starseeds come from the planets Sirius A and Sirius B, stars that are often revered as the most important & divine star in the sky when it comes to humanity’s evolution. As a Sirian Starseed, you act as the peacekeeper and guardian for our world –– Sirian’s are beautiful souls whose aim is to watch over our evolution as human’s and guide us during times of turbulence. You help bring harmony, love, and peace to this earth! Think of yourself like a wise grandmother or grandfather figure. 

Sirians are highly loyal as friends, very open minded, and thrive when leading a simple but deeply spiritual life. You might find that you feel drawn to lost civilizations, myths, and legends. You can get lost in books about mystical realms, like Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings. You are also highly gifted at creating worlds like these – so you may find yourself in a creative profession such as a writer, teacher, artist, or visual storyteller. Sirians often feel calm, are intense daydreamers, and can be very attracted to the ocean/water if from Sirius B.

On Earth, it’s important to prioritize learning how to express emotions in relationships rather than trying to keep the peace. By communicating your needs in a loving manner, it helps heal YOU and those around you. Seek balance in bodies of water and by staying hydrated – Sirians are very sensitive, and the water element is very healing to the nature of your soul. 

Also, it’s important to note that the Sirian star system has an advanced technology that has made their starseed souls immortal (!) and sophisticated in a way that humans on earth cannot quite understand. So Sirians are here as a beacon for what is possible – if you are ever faced with a sense of darkness or being misunderstood, blast your beautiful light outward because you have so much light to share. 

ARCTURIANS

You are a true powerhouse of strength, knowledge, divine inspiration, leadership, and a true pioneer amongst us humans. You are the doers rather than the deep feelers. In fact, you are the type that may not have felt so much like a starseed or as much “not from here” as the other types – because you really incarnated here to master this human thing! 

Arcturians originate from Arcturus, which resides within the Bootes constellation. Arcturians are natural born leaders and planners –– you are here to help advance the planet with your innovative ideas! By listening to your sparks of inspiration and wisdom, you are able to help guide the world into a brighter, more expansive future.

You Arcturians are known for your incredible strong-will, masculine energy (even for the ladies – that masculine energy is what gets shit done & drives such a strong path forward) and natural skills in leading others. You are true innovators and incredible creators. 

As an Arcturian, you are likely interested in how things work, which might guide you towards fields in mathematics, data, science, technology, engineering, or communication. You have a gift at blending both science and spirituality. Arcturians are also very creative, but with a pragmatic and practical spin. 

When you aren’t living in alignment with your highest self, you might seem unaware of other people’s emotions due to being guarded with your own – this is not a bad thing, but it is your work to learn how to work well with others rather than simply be in the leading role. It can be hard because an Arcturian, it can feel like your way or the highway! Keep in mind that in so many ways, you really do know best, but in these human experiences it is also important to learn from other perspectives… which you are getting better at doing!

Your imagination is huge, and you want to harness all of your incredible, vast, beautiful ideas and make them a reality. Sometimes that can feel overwhelming – so many ideas, so little time! In these times, pause. Tune in with your highest self and allow yourself to soften –– remember that spirituality AND secular thinking work best, together. If anyone can harness all of this and bring it to life, it is you, dear Arcturian. You are an ancient soul, so wise, and so in tune. 

Do you ever get mistaken for being cold or distant? Perhaps people don’t always get you or the way that you work. But the truth is, you are very warm and couldn’t possibly have more love in your heart to give. You have suffered grief, hurt, and suffering, so you can be a bit guarded. The more you can soften and let people in (the right people, of course – the soul family!), the more healing this will be on your life path. You are not meant to do it all alone. 

ANDROMEDANS

You are a freedom seeker, a wanderer, and a systems buster! You are not here to live life by the status quo. Your superpower is that you are incredibly good at being human – so you do not have as much of that feeling of being misunderstood on this earth as many other starseeds. People get you, you are good at being human, but even so you possess powers that go beyond these human bodies. 

Andromedans originate from the spiral-shaped galaxy of Andromeda and are the quiet warriors on our planet. Andromedan’s are here to serve a very specific purpose known only to themselves. Often, this starseed type is highly gifted at accessing the Akashic records, highly heart-centered, and a master at anything both art & science related. You are here to bring holistic forms of healing to this earth. Do you feel passionate about health and wellness, and healing others on a soul level? This is your gift. It’s time to begin to harness this power. 

On earth, you might struggle between following what you think you are supposed to do, versus what you want to do. A sure sign that you are living out of alignment as an Andromedan starseed is if you are suffering with deeply rooted anxiety or depression. Remember it’s okay to take time to tune in and try things out –– you don’t need to have all of the answers all at once!

Everything will unfold for you in perfect, divine timing. This is the gift of the wounded-healer. First we must go through the pain and darkness, but once we are able to find ourselves we rise from the ashes like a phoenix. This process is one of catharsis. Every true healer must go through this path, on some level, to come out on the other side with the compassion and worldly knowledge needed to guide others in the big ways that you are being called to do. 

As an Andromedan starseed, you are very creative, have a huge imagination, you have a fun and goofy side that you have likely been praised for, you are wise with an ancient knowledge running through you, and you love to observe the world around you. You also might have dealt with previous trauma or conflict, which causes you to guard your emotions. A great mantra for you would be: I am safe. It is safe to express myself and try the things / activities that speak to my soul.

You are very balanced between your masculine and feminine energies, you are an innate teacher and guide, and you have an incredible logic to you that will help you excel and guide others in this lifetime. You are a nurturer, a teacher, and a lover of all people. Something very healing for you will be to give that same love back to yourself that you so easily radiate outward to others. This is what you have come here to do. 

ORION

Orion starseeds come from one of the most well-known constellations in our universe –– Orion! These starseeds are very logical and fabulous at tuning in with the reasoning mind versus their emotional mind. Orion starseeds are incredibly tuned in to ancient wisdom, knowledge, logic, and action. Your mission here on Earth as an Orion starseed is to learn to be more trusting, to open your heart center, and to tune deeper into your emotions – as the logical side of it all comes much easier for you! 

On Earth, you are very task-oriented and love your work – in fact you’re likely to be an entrepreneur! You dream of leading and inspiring others, are a “jack of all trades”, and rarely get angry or wear your emotions on your sleeve. 

You might find as an Orion starseed that you can come across with a logical, indifferent persona. This isn’t because you are a cold person — rather, you often just struggle to open up to those around you due to lack of trust or being burned in the past. Deep down you know in your heart that you are very kind, loving, generous, and benevolent — and it’s your mission to trust it is safe to open up and express that side of yourself in this lifetime!

In general, to be a starseed is to have a soul that’s incarnated in other dimensions, in other star systems, or other universes all together. MINTAKAN

Mintakan Starseeds originate from Mintaka. Mintaka is a planet that resides within Orion’s Belt. As a Mintakan Starseed, you are thought to be one of the original lightworkers, and are here to teach us the value in ourselves, in life, in potential, and in others. Mintaka is a planet that no longer exists, so you might find you feel especially homesick for seemingly no reason. But don’t fear – you are not alone as there are so many starseeds incarnated on this planet. 

As a Mintakan, you have a very strong intuition and you are highly interested in crystals & all things astrological. You deeply feel it in your bones when things are off. At times you can struggle knowing people’s true intentions – mostly because you tend to see the optimistic side of things. We love this about you, but we also don’t want this to be misconstrued or have you taken advantage of!

Unless you have already been through this and come out on the other side, you likely struggle with not knowing what your true purpose is. This can be especially hard because of your sensitive makeup and your ability to see all sides of the coin.

As you learn to tune in with your water nature, try new things, and say “yes” before it makes sense your path will naturally unfold before you. When you try to control situations, rather than trusting, this is when you block yourself from discovering your path. Another way you might block yourself is by taking on the emotions & problems of others unknowingly. It is beneficial for you to practice creating and setting boundaries in this lifetime.

A great form of self care for you would be spending time around water and oceanic beings. You are a very kind and nurturing being, and are a powerful manifestor. Your insatiable curiosity for the world around you will guide you well — follow it!

INDIGO CHILDREN

Indigo, Crystal, & Rainbow children are a newer type of starseed — therefore, you are often born remembering many of your divine gifts, qualities, and mission. This is incredibly powerful, and not to be taken lightly. Indigo, Crystal, & Rainbow children all have a collective soul mission to help usher humanity out of the old paradigm of fear, greed, and manipulation into a more expansive future based on integrity, abundance, love, and peace. This is not a small mission here on earth, but this is what you were made for. 

As an Indigo Child, you are a rapid ascender that helps revolutionize the way we view the world. Things are changing, and it’s time to live from the new paradigm of life. You are very intuitive, innovative, insightful, and creative. Because you are here to help elevate humanity’s future, you often are headstrong and may have a rebellious streak against authority – sound familiar?! However, this ability to see new ways to operate and function is one of your greatest gifts — lean into it, and just make sure it is carried out in a way that is respectful, loving, and for the highest good of everyone involved.

You may have felt misunderstood as a child or felt like you could feel things that others couldn’t. What was challenging when you were younger is actually your superpower – it is your empathy, and your ability to tap into other people’s emotions. You may find that becoming a healer, teacher, caretaker, or anything in the spiritual realm would be a great avenue for you in your career. 

CRYSTAL CHILDREN

Indigo, Crystal, & Rainbow children are a newer starseed — therefore, you are often born remembering many of your divine gifts, qualities, and mission. Indigo, Crystal, & Rainbow children all have a collective soul mission to help usher humanity out of the old paradigm of fear, greed, and manipulation into a more expansive future based on integrity, abundance, love, and peace.

Interestingly, you very much so embody Pleiades energy, even though you aren’t necessarily a Pleiadian starseed. Crystal Children are natural healers and often adore all things Mother Earth, such as animals, nature, trees, plants and can sense their energy. This is a great gift for you to tap into!

Rainbow Children are born fully aware of their capabilities as they are free from karma. These children are the spiritual healers and future teachers of our world, with an undeniable personal power. Rainbow Children are unlikely to struggle with illness or mental health issues as long as they are in alignment. As a Rainbow Child, allow yourself to be passionate about anything and everything that interests you. You are an effortless manifestor and your bright, bubbly, and energetic personality is needed!

What was challenging when you were younger is actually your superpower – it is your empathy, and your ability to tap into other people’s emotions. You may find that becoming a healer, teacher, caretaker, or anything in the spiritual realm would be a great avenue for you in your career. Rainbow children are incredibly special and rare, this is a great gift that you possess that is yours to harness. 

LEMURIAN

Lemurians (and Atlanteans) are believed to be the first ever starseeds to come to Earth. Lemurians originate from Lemuria, a large continent that sank under the Indian Ocean eons ago. There aren’t many Lemurians left on Earth due to the sudden downfall of Lemuria due to dark reptilians destroying the continent due to greed, disease, and famine.

As a Lemurian Starseed, you might notice that you feel a strong pull to Mount Shasta in California, or to places of similar beauty with the mountains and the water. You are a highly sensitive person with wisdom far beyond your years. In your earthly life, you might feel as though you are an outsider or a misfit. When you feel this way, traveling to spiritual places that you are drawn to on earth is likely to give you a whole new sense of self, meaning, and purpose. The main thing we want you to know is that you are not alone – there are so many of us! And if you have incredibly deep gifts to harness and use in this lifetime. 

Some of your gifts include being highly intuitive and able to read energy easily. You are a natural healer and are able to influence the thoughts and emotions of others. A wonderful endeavor for you would be to pursue leading a heart-based project you are drawn to.

VENUSIAN

Venusian Starseeds originate from Venus, the planet before Earth. Your purpose on Earth as a Venusian Starseed is to usher in all forms of love — you have an unparalleled ability to hold and spread love. Because of your light and joyous nature, you can act like a mirror to those in your life — reflecting back that which they choose not to see. Having boundaries and remaining empowered in your light is important in this lifetime, as it can be tempting to want to dim your light in times when people are triggered by what you reflect back to them.

As a Venusian Starseed, you likely feel drawn to Venus (even if you didn’t realize it – look into goddess Venus mythology & see how you resonate!), value growth, and feel very drawn to beauty. In fact, you often see beauty where others don’t! This is why you are drawn to luxury and the finer, more sophisticated things in life. We love this about you!

As a highly sensitive individual, you likely struggle with conflict and knowing how to handle it. Learning how to stick up for yourself from an empowered, expansive, and loving place is a skill for you to cultivate in this lifetime. Another task for you in this lifetime is to allow yourself to lean into your Venusian nature and appreciation for sensuality & the senses as this is one of your utmost gifts.

LIGHT WORKERS

Light Workers are very special starseed souls that come from a variety of different realms, planets, and star systems. There are over 25 known types of lightworkers! On Earth, the Light Worker purpose is to help humanity and other worlds evolve through spreading love, light, and kindness. As a Light Worker, you are here solely to work for all things light.

Light Workers are highly creative and artistic, very intuitive, and live for a higher purpose. You likely notice you have an inner drive and desire to help those around you. Another characteristic you might experience in your life is wanting to lead a natural life with as little chemicals as possible. In this lifetime, you are a strong manifestor and are likely an old soul.

Due to your light nature, you can magnetize problematic people to you until you learn how to set and hold boundaries. This is the biggest challenge of living as a Light Worker three on this planet. You also might feel very rebellious and unwilling to follow norms — allow yourself to listen to your inner wisdom of how you prefer to do things, this is for the higher good of everyone! So if you have always been a natural-born rebel, keep rockin’ on with your bad self. We love this about you!

What was challenging when you were younger is actually your superpower – it is your empathy, and your ability to tap into other people’s emotions. You may find that becoming a healer, teacher, spiritual leader, writer, or anything in the spiritual field may be a great career path for you. 

LYRAN

Lyran Starseeds originate from Vega, the brightest planet in the Lyra constellation. You are known as the original keepers of the most ancient knowledge… and that is no small feat, here on earth! Lyran’s are into metaphysics, the element of fire, realms beyond, travel, and you are very, VERY old souls. Some of the oldest on this planet. 

As a Lyran Starseed, you might notice you feel drawn to travel to Egypt, as this is one of the closest connections you have to home. In your earthly life, you have a strong sacral and root chakra, have a natural authoritative energy, and are drawn to all things magic, technology, and metaphysics. You might notice that you have a connection to cats and feel as though you are “stuck” here on earth and can’t go home. This is due to the downfall of the Lyran planets – but don’t fear, you are not alone, as there are many of us Lyrans here on earth.

Do you have a cat? If not, it might be nice to get one or form connections with someone in your life who has a cat. This healing feline energy is very potent for Lyrans. Unlike many other starseeds, Lyrans a.k.a Feline starseeds feel very at home on Earth. They love the chaotic nature of Earth life and the undeniable freedom that comes with it.

Allow yourself to follow what lights you up and makes you feel passionate. As you do so, also make sure you remain grounded! Having a toolbox of go-to activities that help you connect to the physical world around you will be highly beneficial for you in this lifetime.

I know, I know. Bear with me here. I told you guys we were going to start to get more deep on the blog than ever before, so why not start with this? We are ready for it! Trust me! 

I first started feeling the intuitive knowing that we were in some sort of holographic reality a couple of years ago when the signs about it started jumping out to me as clear as day. Many nights I would dream that we were all infinitely powerful beings living in a Matrix type of reality, and in my dreams I could fly, heal myself and others, use magical powers, and everything came and flowed to me with complete ease. Then I would wake up and pretend to exercise those “powers” I felt in my dreams. It worked.

Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t wake up and start flying around my house — although that would be awesome. But I did slowly but surely start to change the chemistry in my mind and body to heal myself, heal my relationship to everything outside of myself, and feel complete peace and ease in my body, mind, and spirit. I also started channeling, which many of you know. Over time… I started realizing we truly are more powerful than we know.

SO MANY things on earth do not make a lot of sense to me, or to many of us. Like, why do we dream? Why do we sleep for roughly 1/3 of our lives? Why is truth oftentimes stranger than fiction? What is our soul’s purpose? Where do we go when we die? Who or what is God? Why do some people experience paranormal or psychic experiences and others don’t believe in them or feel open to them at all? What is fear? How do some people come up with world-altering inventions or mathematical equations or overcome impossible odds? How and why do miracles exist?! What even is impossible, if nothing is in fact impossible? Why does the number 201 follow me everywhere, every day, ALWAYS?! Why can I see people’s faces shape shift?!

What if this was all a SIMULATION, holographic reality, playground or dream state, and we all had infinite control over our own destinies? At the end of the day, only love is real. The universe has made that abundantly clear to each and every one of us when we truly stop and listen. We are all in charge of our own reality, which is why we actually all live in our own worlds — does anyone remember the whole “Yanny vs. Laurel” controversy or the gold dress vs. blue dress debate? PERCEPTION is individual. We all live in our own little universes!

Even Elon Musk says, given the rate of technology advancement in our lifetime, “It’s a given that we’re clearly on a trajectory that we’re going to have games that are indistinguishable from reality. It would seem to follow that the odds that we’re in base reality is 1 in billions.” Base reality, being of course, the one reality that is not a simulation.

Think… The Matrix, but real life! And trust me, I used to not be into this stuff at all. I was the first person to tell you that ghosts are not real, there is only one universe / timeline, there is a scientific reason for paranormal experiences, on and on.

BUT, boy has my mind shifted. I attribute that to so many things… the main thing being waking back up to my soul, and reconnecting to the spirituality I had as a child. Basically, before we become conditioned by the world, we are babies and little kids who have come from something infinite, beautiful, powerful, spiritual, the realm beyond. Thanks to getting sick with Lyme disease and going through a full spiritual, emotional, mental, metaphysical overhaul. It happened over time but also all at once… it was wild. And so cool.

This awakening has been incredible on so many levels. For one, I have been able to tap into other universes and realms and have been able to speak with ancestors, angels, aliens, my higher self, and beyond! I have received the knowing that we are so, so powerful beyond our wildest dreams and measure. That’s why things like manifestation, subconscious brain re-wiring, thought visualization (Joe Dispenza style), telepathy, and all sorts of traditionally unexplainable miracles take place on the daily — because we hold the keys to breaking patterns & building new ones every single day.

The downloads lately about us being in some sort of holographic reality have been huge. I have this strong feeling that this life really goes by in the blink of an eye as far as our eternal souls are concerned (because time is an illusion and it does not exist the way we think it does), and that when we pass on from these bodies we “wake back up” to what our true reality is. Which is infinite love, bliss, & eternal oneness. I know that idea is so out there compared to what we are taught to believe, but it doesn’t have to be a scary thing! In fact, it is a beautiful & amazing thing and to me it explains so MUCH about why we have the infinite power inside of us that I know we all possess. 

Yes… we are all infinitely powerful. Inside of us lives a whole universe of power, love, magic, and creative energy that is calling to be woken back up & put to use.

So how can we harness that!??!

That is why I am such a big proponent of routine! We ALL hold the power to our own daily routine & what we do every day. No matter how busy we are or what our life looks like – we can make the decision to instill lasting, daily habits that ultimately build up the entirety of our lives. That is why every single day no matter what I wake up, read a chapter of something that inspires me, drink my green juice, journal, stretch, have my coffee and lemon water, breathe & go inward before I start my day. That IS my spiritual practice. That’s when these ideas and knowings flow to me freely, before I am inundated by the noise of the world.

I have so many goals that I want to achieve in this lifetime, and I am so well aware that my routine still has a long way to go. When I spoke to the incredible Ryan Holiday (the author of The Daily Stoic, Ego is the Enemy, & Stillness is the Key to name a few) for the podcast last week and asked him how he has found the diligence and inspiration to write more than ten extremely successful and life changing books by the age of 33, he said simply, “I just do it. There’s no big secret to it. I wake up and write every day before I do anything else. I get all the important things done early on in my day so everything I do after that is just a bonus.”

( I am paraphrasing his words here, but I cannot wait for you guys to hear this full episode when it comes out in two weeks. We also found out we are both from Sacramento and grew up extremely close by to one another! Again, maybe it’s just me, but this world is full of too many fantastic and irrefutable coincidences in order to just be “random.” There is something larger & more beautiful at play here, absolutely. )

We are in charge of our own free will & destiny. It’s NOT THAT HARD, not if we make it easy & shift our perception.

I know without a doubt that part of what I am here to do in this lifetime is write books, lots of them. Memoir, fiction, poetry. I feel it all coming forth. I feel paralyzed right now by the decision whether to dive into memoir or fiction first — if you guys have any feelings or thoughts on that please let me know, because your words may be just what I need to help me decide and just START!!! (Please seriously though comment below + let a sista know.)

Regardless, I know that I have infinite worlds of creativity, power and aliveness inside of me to get these writings started. I know that the moment I put my mind to it and just begin, the words will pour out. I know this to be true with every fiber of my being, because I know that this is our playground reality to do whatever we wish with. I know many of us have extreme obstacles to overcome, and that is all relative, but there is no doubt in my mind that we CAN overcome anything. Absolutely anything. Health, career, love, financial hardship… we can overcome anything. We were actually born to do exactly that.

I also believe in infinite lifetimes, parallel universes, soul realms, soul contracts, soul families, DNA imprints, karmic lessons, Akashic records and so much more — so that’s not to say that there aren’t limitations in this lifetime based off of our soul’s entire JOURNEY, some of which may remain a mystery for this lifetime, but I do believe that any limitation can be broken. Any barrier can be broken through. I believe in the good and purity in all of our souls and that the lightness really is here to overtake the dark.

So the one thing we can do to make life infinitely better, in my opinion, is to know that life is a playground. We hold infinite power in the “video game” simulation of our lives.

And whether you agree with me or not about the simulation hypothesis, it is so nice to know that we do hold this infinite power. We are talented, spiritual, strong, resilient creatures who are always evolving and always learning — we hold the wisdom of WORLDS inside of each of us.

When you think of life as a game, life gets infinitely better. 

When you think of life as a game, you can essentially “win” at the game of life whenever you choose to shift your perspective.

That is why ENERGY is so potent and powerful. Because as Joe Dispenza says, when we change our energy, we change our life. That is simple truth! Have you ever noticed that when you stop worrying about something and have full faith in the outcome, you truly cannot go wrong? Because you let go of the attachment to outcome and in that you give the freedom of your own destiny + free will to take over and do its thing.

Practicing the art of letting go and surrender is huge when shifting your energy and perspective and choosing in that sense to live a happier, mindful, peaceful life of non-attachment. And JOY !! So much joy exists in the spiritual life and quest of non-attachment.

My current mantra is this: Life is a game. Life is my playground. I have worlds of wisdom and knowledge ready to pour out of me, and so much creativity at my fingertips at any given time. I am in charge of my own health, wellbeing, and the outcome of my life. I hold infinite power.

I have so much more to say on this topic, but this is just a taste for now. My soul has been speaking to me big time and has given me lots of little truth bites to start sharing on the blog.

*If I can heal myself from Lyme and mold and regain my energy and vitality, then anything is impossible. A few years ago I thought I was going to die. I wanted to die. I was so ill and lost all of my zest for life. I lost everything I thought was ever going to be mine in this lifetime. And guess what? I broke down to rebuild… and now, I KNOW I can find full healing and full remission + that life is infinitely deeper, more beautiful, and full of so many more blessings than I ever could have imagined.  That, alone and in itself, makes me believe so fully in the innate power + blessings + magic we all hold inside of our bodies, spirits, and minds.

The truth is, we CAN do anything. We all can. It’s all about believing in ourselves, and believing in shifting our reality.

So a lot of you have probably seen that I was frolicking in Palm Springs all of last week and it was pure, utter HEAVEN! I was staying at a detox spa and retreat center called We Care Spa. I didn’t share the name of it until I left, because my soul was craving a vacation that was a real vacation if you know what I mean… i.e. not sharing my whereabouts, promoting, or working. I needed to chill & just BE and it did my body so well.

However, me being me, I couldn’t stop myself from sharing all of the wonderful, relaxing aspects of my trip. We Care is known for their incredible detox programs and all around holistic healing vibe, from daily colonics, to juice & soup cleansing (with fiber drinks and supplements and more), to detox treatments, to cooking classes and shamanic ceremonies. It is an OASIS for healing.

After doing water fasts in the past, this particular detox felt like a breeze. I was there to soothe the intense digestive system pain I have been experiencing over the last few months, and to reset and check out before my upcoming wedding. I needed a solo trip to focus on taking care of my body, mind, and spirit.

Drinking the fiber drinks, juices, healing teas, electrolyte waters, and nighttime soups were all so soothing on my stomach, and they all kept me incredibly full. I swear I wasn’t hungry once while I was there. I was not there with the intention to lose weight but rather to FEEL better from the inside out, de-puff the major bloating I have had going on, and basically just spend a week in the desert healing.

I have also had intense PARASITES for the last few years. Soon I am going to share a blog post all about parasites and the parasite cleanse I am doing to get those bad boys killed ASAP, but for now I will tell you that daily colonics & liquid cleansing are two really great ways (combined) to kill parasites and bugs that shouldn’t be in our gut.

Other things in my gut that died off and got moved out this past week were… candida, mucus, gallstones, and cholesterol built up in my liver. If I have excess cholesterol as a plant-based person, imagine the cholesterol in all of our livers. It’s pretty insane to think about.

The best part of the week for me was being able to check out and be accountable to no one. I could go to bed when I wanted, read when I wanted, watch Real Housewives late into the night when I wanted, lay by the pool, get cupping and massage, eat dinner (soup) whenever felt good to me, join the shamanic ceremonies or chill in my room alone, work when I felt like it (launching WAKING BACK UP TO YOUR OWN SOUL!!), take phone calls or turn my phone off for hours on end.

It. WAS. GLORIOUS.

For someone who is “on” pretty much all of the time, it is very, very necessary to shut OFF every once in a while.

I think shutting off for at least one full day a week is a must for any entrepreneur, or anyone really in our modern age of technology.

As far as treatments, my favorites while I was there were cupping and Thai massage. My body suffers from insane joint pain and inflammation due to Lyme (and due to blogging & sitting at a computer soooo much!), and both of these treatments worked a ton of built up pain and tension out of my body.

A shamanic fire ceremony we had one of the nights was deeply profound for me. I released several things into the fire, including my need for perfection, leading with fear rather than love, and the insomnia (anxiety induced) that has been plaguing me forever. I swear I slept like a baby the entire week and always made the decision to return to love. Never underestimate the power of a good shaman or healer. Their healer at We Care is… next level. I felt so connected to her.

Connecting to Mother Earth //

Speaking of connected, I also felt deeply connected to the earth while I was there. There is some major vortex energy swirling around in Palm Springs. I have felt this for a long time, but after this trip I noticed it more than ever. Every time I felt stressed or on the verge of being worried about something work related or personal (or that HORRENDEOUS article in the NY Times about Lyme not being a real disease, but we will save that for another day), the plants, the wind, the earth, and the stars reminded me to remain calm. They literally spoke to me, danced in the wind, and reminded me what was important.

SLOWING DOWN is important.

BEING IN COMMUNITY is important.

CONNECTING WITH THE ONES WE LOVE is important.

BREATHING, SURRENDERING, & LETTING SHIT GO is important.

I swear I developed an intimate relationship with the plants and the rocks outside of my villa the entire week that I was there. The wisdom of the earth is beyond us. Feeling connected not only grounds me physically, but emotionally it gives me an overarching stability I find to be incredibly important.

Anyway, after my 8 days at We Care… 8 days of colonics, cleansing, self-care, rest, good sleep, and communing with nature… I feel like a new human.

The intense bloating and stomach pain I have experienced for so long is currently non existent. I know I will have to do a lot to maintain this good feeling- i.e. taking the herbs I bought at the facility since they worked so well for me there, eating tons of fiber in my diet (it works for me, not for everyone), having at least one liquid meal per day (either smoothies or soup), CHEWING my food until it literally becomes mush, and being incredibly mindful of food combining and avoiding foods that trigger my IBS.

I will do a whole post on my exact plan for this very soon, but the main truth is that it is so different for all of us. But I do feel really good about the plan I am on right now and I do want to share moooore!

So!! Biggest takeaways!!

1. When you feel really yucky, it’s good to take a step back and re-evaluate WHY and how you can fix it. For me, I was eating too much stuff that doesn’t agree with me… from “healthy” granolas to grains to eggs (I can def eat eggs but not in major abundance) to lots of healthy treats and not enough fiber and binding foods. And I was definitely not properly food combining.
2. Colonics work extremely well for me personally, especially in conjunction with a liver cleanse and/or a parasite cleanse. I am not recommending to do colonics every day like I did, as that is an extreme case and was in a professional detox environment, but once in a while a good colonic is GOLD!
3. Letting go of stress is PERTINENT for healing.
4. Self-care above all else. That could be as simple as taking a bath in the evenings or turning your phone off for one day per week.
5. Nature has so much to teach us. Communing with the plants, the earth, the stars, the moon, the sky… all are so wise and have so many healing remedies for us.
6. SURRENDER IS EVERYTHING. We can always choose to surrender.
7. I will 100000% go back to We Care and already booked another stay for October… lol!
