Hello, and happy Saturday! I am going to be giving away one cleanse per week leading up to the release of the cleanse on December 15th!

How do you get the free cleanse? Repost this photo on Instagram, tag @theblondevegan and hashtag #theblondevegan and #theblondevegancleanse telling me why you’d like to do the 5-day cleanse and what your goals are. Each week I will pick a winner based on their caption and what their reasons are!

Is it possible to join the cleanse e-mail thread without buying the program? So that I can use the program I alredy have for myself but then get inspired and motivated by others? I would be a great help! Thank you, Sara

Hi Sara, I wish the cleanse email thread could be available to everyone but I do have to limit it to the people who purchase the program, as it is part of the package they're paying for! It also helps for the sake of continuity that everyone in the thread is on the same type of cleanse. I hope you understand! Sometimes when I do shorter cleanses through other companies I do an email thread for fun with whoever wants to join so keep an eye out for one of those!
