The Balanced Blonde listeners are super interested in spirituality as well as being better people, learning, and doing the shadow work. Coming off of the tragic deaths in the Black community and the renewed momentum of Black Lives Matter protests, Rachel’s work is incredibly eye-opening and more important than ever before.

She is a great teacher, she is spiritually aligned, she’s in her passion, and she is truly living a soul on fire life!
